Louisa Cottage is a three storey terraced cottage near Weymouth harbour. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a sitting room with dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. Over the first and second floors there are 1 x double, 1 x twin and 1 x single, along with a bathroom and shower room,. To the rear of the property is a small patio courtyard with furniture. Louisa cottage just steps from Weymouth harbour is perfect for your family seaside holiday. Note: Good Housekeeping Bond of 150 GBP. Note: Nearest pay and display parking is at the Nothe car park DT4 8UD a few minutes walk.
Note: Fayre In The Square (usually late May Bank Holiday weekend each year) and Wessex Folk Festival (usually first weekend of Jun each year. These fantastic free festivals see the harbour and Hope Square closed to traffic. With live music, entertainment and stalls throughout the weekend. This may cause some inconvenience due to some road closures and parking restrictions. Should you require any further assistance or clarification on this please do not hesitate to contact us.

Town: This thriving area called Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated right at the very heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. Now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant location where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye. The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town with it’s winding streets of boutique shops and onto the seafront Esplanade and beach. Louisa Cottage is a lovely property and in a great central location. There’s just 2 Faults though.1. Hot Water was Scolding hot, you should have Been able to regulate the water! Really bad when Family’s stay that have young children can easily scold themselves.2. And in the Master Bedroom should have curtains in it was far to bright in there at night too much light struggled to get sleep about 4/5am sun shines straight through.
