The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite basin, a ground-floor double with TV, and a twin with TV, along with a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Outside, there is an enclosed front courtyard garden with lawn and patio, plus private driveway parking for three cars. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub, and within 1.2 miles, a beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Chickerell House makes a fantastic base for an escape with the family to Dorset. Note: There is one step up to the ground-floor bedroom, please take care. Please note: There is CCTV in operation in the parking area. Please note: Property has no rear garden. Please note: Over summer school holidays, this property only accepts full 7 night bookings. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens.
