The keys were in a lock box and code was given to us by email. Everything fine
The fact that you could not get into the property until 5pm so late. I do understand that you have to clean but you have to be out by 10am and next person not until 5 seems very late to me.

We love everything about the apartment. The location, the views from the apartment, the size and how morden and clean the apartment is. The apartment is just beautiful, fabulous and exceed all our expectation. We just love it and can't wait to go back there again. My wife was emotional when we left saying how peaceful everyone was during our stay in the apartment.. We absolutely love the place..🙏
