It is close to downtown.
There were many problems with the apartment. 1. I almost had to beg the owner to tell me the number of the apartment. He forgot to write down that there were two number fives, so we would never have found it if a fire brigade hadn't come to our rescue. By the way, the owner only speaks Italian, so the phone connection in English is hopeless. 2. The owner forgot to write that the key is in a box locked with a pin code. You also forgot to write down what the pin code is. 3. Two men tried to open the box with a knife, then two tried to open the wooden door as well. 4.The living room is dark because it has no windows, only the entrance facing the street (on the ground floor). The wardrobe in the bedroom only has shelves, with two old clothes hangers thrown in, but there is nowhere to hang the clothes anyway. 5. There is not a single hanger in the bathroom where the towel can be hung. There is no shelf where you put your things. 6. But the kitchen is the worst: rusty hobs, completely used sponge, rusty, completely worn dishes, two glasses. Dirty plastic cutlery holder, a screw and a handle in the cutlery holder drawer. The apartment is not at all like in the photos: in reality, it is depressed... you feel that the owner has left his heart at home.

Un bel ricordo di Foligno.
Posizione perfetta per godersi il centro di Foligno, con monumenti e ristoranti tutti a pochi passi. Le indicazioni del gestore sono precise per trovare la struttura. Tutto l'appartamento è accogliente e ben strutturato.
La colazione era "improvvisata", forse in stile famiglia delle pubblicità, ma proprio dietro alla struttura esiste un forno con prodotti davvero ottimi.

La posizione abbastanza centrale
La casa fredda visto il cambio di clima che c'è stato durante il mio soggiorno non avendo poi la possibilità di riscaldarla, pulizia superficiale, poco luminosa. Bisognava fare attenzione nel fare la doccia inquanto fuoriesce acqua dal piatto doccia a cui bisognerebbe fare un po di manutenzione.

Viaggio di coppia
Ho prenotare questa struttura per una notte a Foligno, dato che eravamo di passaggio. Ottima posizione centralissima che ci ha concesso di uscire a piedi la sera e raggiungere facilmente tutti i locali per poter cenare o bere un drink. La casetta si mostra molto accogliente, ordinata e pulita. La cucina è piccola ben organizzata ma adatta solo per fare colazione in self service, quindi non ha utensili per poter preparare altro, ma nel nostro caso non era indispensabile. La signora Silvia ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili tramite messaggi wathsapp, compreso di video per raggiungere la struttura facilmente ed è stata molto gentile. Consiglio.
La casetta è a piano terra quindi non ha ne balconi ne uscite extra a parte la porta d'ingresso perciò è un po' buia anche la mattina e bisogna accendere le luci, però si tratta solo di un dettaglio tutto il resto è perfetto.
