A nest in Spello!

The location in Spello is fantastic. This place is very cozy & homey. The attention to details is upmost. Everything has been thought of. The owner & hosts are amazingly nice & helpful. They really go over & beyond for you. One of the long list of unexpected things they did for us is that they stacked the kitchen with breakfast things event though breakfast is not included in the rental. The bed is very comfortable & the bedding is by far the best we have had in all southern & central Italy.

Cosy apartment with amazing hosts - would stay again!!

Monica and Fabio were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond our expectations. Fabio picked us up from the train station and encouraged us to ask him as many questions about Spello as we had (he recommended us an amazing walk!!!). The apartment was stocked up with everything that we could need and had loads of personal touches that separated it from any standard hotel or apartment! The location was in the middle of the castle town and near the highest point of Spello (it was very scenic!). The bed was very comfy and the kitchen was perfect for 2 people - we throughly enjoyed cooking and spending our evenings there! We would recommended this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Spello and if we ever come back we will 100% be staying here again!

Lovely place in the heart of the village

The studio was super cute, very comfortable and it had everything I needed. Everything was taken well care of. The location was great, in a beautiful and centric street. The host, Monica, was superb, very friendly and willing to help! She made my stay even better. The village is incredibly beautiful :) I will definitely come back and stay in the same studio! Such a lovely place

I was planning to work some days with my laptop and the rest have holidays. It was not possible to do video calls and bandwidth consuming tasks, although it was enough to check my email. This is because the walls of the place are so thick that mobile phone signal reception is not great. Mónica recommended me some cafes where I could go instead

Appartamento pulito e la signora ci ha lasciato anche diverse cose per la colazione , qualcosa in frego e dei pensierini

Per andare dall auto all appartamento bisogna salire alle scendere ma questa è prerogativa del paese non sicuramente colpa sua

Molto bene!

Comoda e accogliente, piccola ma munita di tutto il necessario e con piccoli dettagli di cura molto graditi. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e premurosi.

Il borgo dei fiori

Monolocale accogliente e pulito ma soprattutto in un ottima posizione per muoversi nel borgo di Spello. Ideale per un breve soggiorno di coppia. Non raggiungibile direttamente in auto ma ottima la presenza di parcheggi gratuiti subito all'esterno del paesino. La stazione è nelle vicinanze.

Qualità prezzo ottimi!

Casetta in un vicolo tipico di Spello, comoda per il centro. I proprietari sono davvero disponibili e gentili e c’è tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma sono presenti un condizionatore ed un ventilatore, noi siamo stati in vacanza a luglio in giornate caldissime e si stava bene. Da tenere presente che l’auto va parcheggiata fuori dalle mura perché i vicoli sono molto stretti ma i proprietari si sono messi a disposizione per accompagnarci con la loro auto all’arrivo e alla partenza. Alloggio consigliato!

Ottimo soggiorno a Spello!

Appartamento molto intimo e accogliente, molto ben curato e arredato e dotato di tutto quello che serve per cucinare, compresi i condimenti. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima ad accoglierci facendoci trovare prodotti per la colazione, prodotti per il bagno, una bottiglietta di olio umbro e ci è venuta a prendere al parcheggio perché l'appartamento è dentro al centro storico.

Appartamento un po' umido (soprattutto il bagno) ma dotato comunque di deumidificatore che abbiamo usato per tutto il soggiorno.

La cosa che più ho apprezzato (oltre alla struttura centralissima e ben strutturata) è stata l’umanità, l’empatia e la gentilezza di Monica e Fabio. Ti fanno sentire a casa, di famiglia e quando hai questo non c’è nient’altro da aggiungere.

Super gelegen, geschnitten und ausgestattet. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung war super, wir waren eine Woche hier und würden wiederkommen. Die Lage in Spello, nahe am Belvedere ist super und trotzdem ist man schnell in der Altstadt bei den Cafés und Restaurants. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut , es gab alles was man brauchte. Es wurden sogar basics wie Kaffe, Zucker und süßes Frühstück vorbereitet. Das Studio hat genug Platz gehabt für 2 große Menschen mit Hund und Gepäck. Da es sehr gut geschnitten ist konnte man hier gemütlich seinen Tag verbringen und Kochen. Außerdem ist es sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden abgeholt vom Parkplatz um unsere Sachen zu transportieren und uns die Wohnung zu zeigen. Die Heizung und der entfeuchter waren für April auch super. Alles in allem Tip Top

Un soggiorno romantico e rilassante

Monica e Fabio sono state super accoglienti, ci hanno portato dal parcheggio a casa e viceversa! La casa è fornitissima, non ci mancava nulla anzi ci hanno lasciato anche dei piccoli regali ♥️ La posizione è perfetta per arrivare in centro paese in due passi. Consigliatissimo!!
