Unforgettable stay in Umbria

I highly recommend this lovely apartment if you are visiting Foligno. It is large, comfortable and sunny and within 15mins walking distance of the town and train station, with a number of bars on the way where you can buy pastries, sandwiches or an aperitivo. There were many extras left in the apartment such as coffee, biscuits, water, yogurts etc. There were also bicycles available which I used extensively - as Foligno is very flat. From the balcony and windows you have a lovely view over gardens and vegetable patches, with birdsong all day long. Last but not least, the kindness and generosity of Teresa the owner was unmatched. It made my stay in this lovely, authentic Italian town unforgettable. I hope to return soon - as there is still so much to explore in this charming corner of Italy. Grazie Mille!

Exceptional apartment with great facilities including shower, kitchen and helpful host.

My host was very helpful and friendly and I am pleased that my Italian held up. The apartment was wonderful, modern with some arty touches. It has a great kitchen and separate lounge room with balcony. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great, as was the washing machine. Apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from the train station and the centro storico. The area is very peaceful too. Bonus is Italian style breakfast is included as well.

Huge, newly renovated apartment. Great communication with the hosts. Well-equipped kitchen, stable wifi, private parking. Excellent value! Walking distance to the center of town. We could have happily stayed here for weeks.

Everything was great. This is a modern spacious apartment and a beautiful art exhibition. The host Teresa and her family are very friendly and attentive. Teresa even baked a delicious cake for our arrival. We felt very good staying at her apartment that was well equipped. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and great place

At arrival you're greeted by the hosts. They are super polite and very sweet. The apartment is perfect for 2-3 adults with a kitchen that gas everything you need and a great bathroom. The hosts had at arrival placed stuff like yoghurt as well as small snacks which we could freely use. They were also reachable via message and always ready to help if there was any problem

Nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt. Az állomás és az óváros is kb.10 perc séta. Firenze és Arezzo is megjárható egy nap alatt vonattal is. Sok finomság fogadott a konyhában, Teresa készséges és nagyon segítőkész.

Consiglio di sistemare l'ingresso al viale visto che c'è un gradino abbastanza alto che crea disagio nell'entrare

Casa a pochi passi da Foligno

La casa è un: intero appartamento molto spazioso, con il parcheggio privato. Molto comoda la posizione, 15 Min. a piedi si arriva in centro a Foligno, 5 Min. dal Parco dei Canapè. Gli host della casa sono persone gentilissime per qualsiasi evenienza.

Ho assaporato la magia di Foligno che mi ha lasciato ricordi preziosi e il desiderio di ritornare.

Pur non essendo prevista la colazione, la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello che poteva servire per poterla consumare. Ci ha offerto l'assistenza necessaria per eseguire il Check-in. L'appartamento è confortevole, luminoso, pulito e completo di ogni accessorio. Il parcheggio privato e coperto è stato utile durante la villeggiatura.

Si potrebbe installare all'uscita del cancello uno specchio parabolico stradale che permette di vedere chi arriva sulla strada pubblica senza rischiare incidenti.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Foligno

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, zehn Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof und Zentrum. Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, allgemein gute Kommunikation (auf Italienisch und Französisch) und wir haben uns die drei Nächte dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Ausgangsort für Radtouren im Valle de Umbria

Teresa hat uns empfangen, alles sehr gut erklärt, der Sohn spricht englisch. Es war sogar Kaffee, Milch, Marmelade und vieles mehr für das Frühstück da. Echt klasse! Am Stadtrand gelegen waren wir ganz schnell mit dem Rad im schönen Valle de Umbria unterwegs. Zu Fuss 15 Minuten in die Stadt.

Manchmal haben nachts Hunde um Umfeld gebellt.

Eccellente

Casa Alina è una chicca. La posizione è eccellente E inoltre c'è la possibilità di parcheggio coperto che con il sole non guasta! C'è un bel giardino e due meravigliosi alberi di fichi, e la proprietaria ne ha raccolti alcuni proprio per me! L'alloggio è pulitissimo, estremamente organizzato, fornito di tutto quanto necessario. C'era anche quello che poteva servire per un'ottima colazione: fette biscottate cereali brioches biscotti marmellata yogurt succhi di frutta...... Una cosa che non c'è mai capitata! Eravamo con degli amici che avevano il check-in nella loro struttura alle 18:00 ma siamo arrivati prima di pranzo, e i proprietari ci hanno lasciato mangiare tutti insieme in modo che anche i nostri amici potessero avere un appoggio prima di recarsi appunto nel loro alloggio. Anche questa non è una cortesia da poco. C'erano due tipi di cuscini duri e meno duri a seconda delle preferenze. Gli asciugamani erano veramente tanti e le zanzariere erano in tutte le finestre il che ci ha permesso di tenere aperto e di rinfrescare senza problema di punture! Oltre che essere comoda la zona è anche molto tranquilla. Ci siamo sentiti veramente accolti e trattati più da amici che da ospiti, e questo ci ha fatto stare proprio bene! È un alloggio consigliatissimo, sia appunto per la posizione per la distribuzione degli ambienti per la dotazione e per la pulizia. Grazie!

DA CONSIGLIARE AD UN BUON AMICO

Siamo soliti visitare l'Umbria nel mese di giugno ed ormai da quattro anni Casa Alina è la nostra casa. Il perché è presto detto: accogliente e ben gestita, pulita e silenziosa, vicina al centro ed alla stazione, circondata da orto, giardino ed alberi da frutta, e con proprietari gentili e socievoli. Complimenti e arrivederci al prossimo anno.

"Casa Alina è stata una scelta ideale per il mio soggiorno a Foligno. La casa pulita e accogliente. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile e gentile, è stato un piacere stare qui e sentirsi come a casa. La colazione abbondante e non mancava veramente nulla. La posizione è ideale e permette di visitare facilmente Foligno e i dintorni. Consiglio vivamente Casa Alina per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

In der Wohnung war alles, was man braucht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, auch mit Lebensmitteln zum Frühstück. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Viertel ist ganz ruhig und sehr nett, auch mit einer kleinen Bar in der Straße. Die Innenstadt war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Un soggiorno al TOP!!!

L'appartamento, sito in un punto centrale di Foligno, da la possibilità di avere innanzitutto un parcheggio comodo e al coperto. La signora Teresa, insieme al figlio Mattia, hanno riservato per noi un trattamento di estrema gentilezza e cortesia, accogliendoci insieme ai nostri bimbi. La casa perfettamente ordinata ed estremamente pulita ci ha dato la possibilità di avere due giorni in totale tranquillità e soprattutto comodità.
