La proprietaria è stata gentilissima con noi. Ci ha accolto e fornito preziose informazioni per gli spostamenti e per i ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Incantevole la posizione. Tranquilla ma a 10 minuti da Foligno. L’appuntamento era completo di tutto il necessario.

We received a very warm welcome at this charming old country house. We enjoyed a delicious espresso with the incredibly kind and welcoming hostess, who made us feel at home right away. The location is perfect for visiting Foligno as well as nearby towns and attractions such as Assisi and Perugia. Having two friendly cats and a dog around was definitely an added bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Private parking in front of the house.

The property is a charming old country house with a lot of character and potential. However, some parts of the accommodation would benefit from modernization. The kitchen and furniture are somewhat dated, and although cookware is available, some items are ready for replacement. We stayed at the end of July 2026, during a period of very high temperatures (36°C to 40°C). In these conditions, the house became quite warm, and it was difficult to cool down, especially at night. Two fans are provided, but during extreme heat they offer only limited comfort. With some updates and improvements, this beautiful property could become an even more enjoyable place to stay. The location, atmosphere, and warm hospitality provide a wonderful foundation.
