The odour of drains..... lovely!

Good location, decent price.

There was a bad smell of drains in the apartment and to begin with I didn't think the windows opened but just had a vent, turns out you just have to pull very hard to get them open. The soil pipe is vented into the bathroom as this apartment was originally the loft space. When converting it, the pipe should have been vented through the roof. The owner claimed the smell was actually a drain seal and fixed it after I left, when I asked what he would to do compensate me, he then accused me of aiming to get a refund out of him and that he never detected any smell. Oh but he already admitted there was one and that he'd fixed the problem. Other than that the apartment is OK, over decorated rather than practical, such as shelves for 20 toilet rolls but no actual toilet roll holder. Also seems they have installed a child's toilet. It's all pretty amateurish!

Very comfortable appartment and great little details!

Everything was perfect. We were though a little suprised that we had to do the cleaning, but we liked that the place was more affordable that way - it was relatively easy to clean up with equipment provided.

the very steep 2 flights of stairs, we are an older couple with luggage and this was very difficult for us . There was no useful hanging space for clothes for our 1 week stay, the hanging space was tiny and too close o the ground

L'emplacement et le calme de l'appartement sont excellent. Le lit parental est très très bien. La cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner.

Les escaliers sont raides et dangereux pour une personne âgée. Le canapé convertible est vieux et inconfortable.

Bon concept niveau décoration, équipements au top et nombreux, très propre à notre arrivée et bonne communication avant notre venue.

Rien de special. Bien preciser neanmoins que l'accès à l'appartement est difficile pour les personnes à mobilité reduite (escalier raide).

Außergewöhnliches Kleinod mit wunderbarer Einrichtung im Industriestil

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, sehr sauber mit Wow Effekt. Die Einrichtung und das gesamte Design ist ganz wunderbar im Industriestil. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls prima. Die Nähe zur Autobahn war für uns Durchreisende perfekt, auch das quasi gegenüber eine Bäckerei ist.

Es ist wichtig, zu wissen, dass hier zwei sehr steile, schmale Treppen in das Apartment führen.

Très bel appartement à la déco originale. Parfaitement situé à côté du campus universitaire, du tram et de commerces (dont boulangerie). Possibilité de se garer facilement à proximité. Des hôtes très attentionnés!

Aucun problème, correspondait encore mieux qu'à notre attente.

Emplacement qui est celui qu'on avait choisi. Ni trop près ni trop loin du centre ville de Valenciennes. Bien pratique : Des petits resto ou fast food juste à côté, de quoi faire des courses aussi. Les échanges avec les propriétaires sont précis, très accueillants. Sympathiques. L'appart est particulièrement bien décoré. On sent les amateurs éclairés ! Difficile d'exiger mieux en rapport qualité prix...

L'escalier pour accéder à l'appartement est très raide et les marches sont petites...Surtout ne pas avoir un souci de mobilité...
