Perfect. Can’t rate it highly enough.

Short break to visit Padstow and surrounding area. Property in a great location and is clean comfortable and modern. We had milk and cake awaiting us which was a nice thoughtful touch. The coffee loft is in a detached garage and therefore so quiet. Bumped into the host on our way back on one of the days and they were friendly and made us feel even more welcome.

The owners were very helpful and helped us considerly with a personal matter.

Only one small matter , it was very hot in the room and only a small window that opened. An air con would have help keep the room cooler. There was a fan in the room, but did not cool the room completely. Other than that it was very quiet.

Beautiful clean apartment set within a residential development 15 minute downhill walk to Padstow

Beautiful clean apartment with modern furnishings, comfy bed, fabulous bathroom, choice of great coffee, free parking. The apartment is located in a residential development and is purpose built above the owners garage. It is about a 15 minute walk downhill to Padstow. Easy access into the apartment through a private side entrance.

Would have been good to know it was set within a residential development. Everything else fitted the description and met our expectations.

The property was in a great location for visiting Padstow, parking up the car and walking. The walk into town is incredibly easy, but we are walkers. Clean and everything it said in the advert.

Modern, comfortable and great stay

Room was spotless and spacious and was the bathroom. The coffee machines and kettle along with various tea bags were a great addition. It was lovely to have some water and milk in the fridge from the hosts upon arrival, within our room. The walk in to Padstow wasn’t too far at all and we caught a bus back one evening which took us to the Tesco, so only 5 minutes from there. Very nice and modern and great there was a hairdryer. Hosts were really welcoming when we arrived and friendly.

The wifi didn’t work throughout our stay, not the end of the world as we wee mainly out and about but Netflix etc didn’t work due to this. The hosts were really responsive and said they would reboot it and to be fair we didn’t raise it again, as I’m sure they would have looked in to it further. It just did not connect no matter what we did. A mirror to see to do hair would be a good idea, there is one just outside the room but no where to plug in dryer etc near. I wonder if a toaster would be a good idea also, as it would have been nice to have tea or coffee and toast in the morning. It does say no kitchen so I didn’t expect it at all, just a suggestion.

A really comfortable stay in a large bedroom and bathroom. Everything you need is there. It is also very close to the town centre and walking distance to Tesco.

The room can become very hot as it is a loft conversion above a garage. However, there is a fan provided.

This is a wonderful place to stay, the location is great, it is a short walk from the main town area of Padstow. It’s a private & spacious room with en-suite bathroom for a couple to share for a few nights. The hosts were lovely and friendly and quick to respond when we contacted them during our stay.

The room is set up really well; spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. Loved all the coffee facilities! It’s a huge bonus to have parking and only a short walk down into town.

Fantastic base for a quiet escape.

Spacious room in a detached building felt private. It was comfortably furnished and really clean. Owners were friendly and helpful when needed. Parking was conveniently right out the front.

We had an enjoyable comfortable stay in a great location. Good value.

It was new, clean and spacious with good facilities. The owners were very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable but left us to it. We walked into Padstow most evenings (only 15 min walk) so the location was perfect. We also travelled around Cornwall so it was a great base.

The Coffee Loft exceeded my expectations; comfortable, stylish and modern. The loft is located next door to the owners property, in a newly built area. A good 15 minute walk to Padstow town. Would definitely stay here again.

A very clean modern room without kitchen facilities.

It's a well appointed room with high end appliances, eco friendly toiletries and very clean. It's located on a modern housing development, just a few minutes walk from Tescos. It is a 20 minute walk down hill to the town with regular buses. There's fridge and various machine to make coffee.

It is set up more as a hotel room with no facilities to eat breakfast. As it's 20 minute walk into town or a 5 minute drive with very limited parking, this didn't work for us. A much clearer description is required as I am sure others will be expecting the more usual set up for breakfast to be either provided or the possibility to make something yourself. We were lent two bowls and spoons as we had brought breakfast cereal. We would have booked elsewhere if we had realised. Please add an extra chair. One chair for two people makes it difficult to relax.

Lovely spot for a short stay but you do have to go out for food but with so many lovely spots nearby it’s not a problem

beautifully converted loft space with large bathroom and bedroom with facilities for tea and coffee making and even a space for wine bottles! good location 5 minute drive into Padstow or take the park and ride or No. 10 bus by Tescos as parking in Padstow a mare! we ate at Number 6 Paul Ainsworth - expensive but quite an experience and had lunch at The Pig at Harlyn Bay gorgeous beach. met the owners who were friendly and welcoming

Exceptional

Really great room very clean and comfortable with a fridge and a wind range of coffee brewing appliances (and an electric coffee grinder!) Friendly people! Only about a 5-10min walk into town and a Tescos is just a 2 min walk away. I've stayed in hundreds of places as a service engineer but this one really does stand out as exceptionally good place to stay. Highly recommended venue!

Nice large room and a very large bed. Even though its on the edge of padstow it is very walkable down to the harbour in 20 mins or so. We were able to park the car on the driveway which was nice.

The fridge in the room was struggling a bit in the hot weather and wasn't working too well

Location being just outside Padstow but just off the main road which made access to visit around the area easy.

Kein funktionierendes Wlan

Positiv war die Größe des Zimmers und des Badezimmers. Parkplatz liegt direkt vor dem Haus. Die Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen und auf Anfrage erst wurden Teller und Besteck zur Verfügung gestellt. Die ruhige Lage. Die Handtücher wurden nach 3 Tagen gewechselt. Hilfsangebote von seiten der Vermieterin. Melden sollte man sich jedoch nur telefonisch.

Die unpersönlich wirkende Art der Kommunikation führte zu dem Eindruck zu stören und ein Fremdkörper zu sein. Trotz bereits vorher von anderen Gästen und von uns bemängeltes Wlannetz hat der Internetzugang nicht funktioniert. Wäre aber wichtig für die Urlaubsplanung gewesen und ein stabiles Wlan ist heute eigentlich Standard. Das Fehlen zumindest eines Stuhls und eines Tisches ist zu bemängeln und auch etwas Geschirr sollte nicht fehlen, denn frühstücken in Padstow ist nicht möglich, da der Ort zu weit weg ist und dort auch kein Parkplatz vorhanden ist.
