Big kitchen
The property felt tired, the lounge settee furniture was very worn, decorating throughout was tired, mould in shower room, shower fittings loose fixing to wall, tiny loo in second bathroom, garden needed sweeping and weeding. We are landlords running a large residential and commercial portfolio, please take the comments in a constructive manner!

The lack of bedding and linen was ok, but being asked to leave the property at 10.00 seemed harsh when check in was 16.00! Therefore there was almost nothing for housekeeping staff to do We felt that 12.00 would have been fairer
