Hardys is a charming traditional fisherman's cottage nestled in the heart of Padstow, offering an exceptional location just moments from Padstow Harbour. Perfect for families and dog-friendly getaways, this characterful cottage features three bedrooms, private parking within a five-minute walk, a sunny enclosed courtyard, and effortless access to the harbour, shops, and restaurants.
The ground floor welcomes you into a cosy and characterful sitting room, complete with a comfortable sofa and three armchairs. Exposed wooden beams and a decorative fireplace enhance the cottage's traditional charm, while a Smart television, along with a selection of books and games, ensures entertainment whatever the weather.
Continue through to the delightful country-style kitchen and dining area, where slate flooring and a farmhouse table create the perfect setting for relaxed family meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is direct access out to the sun-soaked courtyard garden, ideal for indoor-outdoor living. A practical utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, sink, and a separate cloakroom completes the ground floor.
