This beautifully refurbished (August 2023) detached bungalow offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, set in a quiet residential area just a 7-minute walk from Padstow Harbour. Ideal for families and couples, the property is pet friendly and features a fully enclosed garden with plenty of lawn space for children and dogs to enjoy.

A twin bedroom adjacent to the main bathroom
The home has been fully modernized over the past 14 months to create a bright, open-plan living space with a sociable, airy layout. It’s both energy-efficient and comfortable year-round, thanks to underfloor heating via air source heat pump, a wood burner, improved insulation, and solar panels with battery storage. Hot water is supplied by PV solar, backed up by the heat pump.

Absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful bungalow. The accommodation layout was perfect for us, with large open plan living, spacious bedrooms and en-suites/bathroom allowing teens (and us) our own privacy. Owners have thought of all the little extras that make the stay easy - coffee pods, logs, oil & spices, washing liquid etc…. . It really was home from home. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thanks very much

What a fabulous property ! We couldn’t fault anything , the place was spotless and had literally everything you would need for a wonderful stay, including a lovely welcome pack.The house is in a quiet location but within a few minutes walk you are in the centre of padstow. We will be coming back for sure . Thank you

We had a great week away in what felt like a home-from-home. Everything has been thought of at this property and finished to an high standard - it made our stay so comfortable. We had our Labrador with us and felt very safe with him in the dog-friendly garden. The location is absolutely perfect as well. We had some typical Cornish weather with quite abrupt rain showers so being able to dash out and back to the harbour, bars & restaurants so easily was a blessing! Thank you to the amazing hosts for such easy communication and for the very generous welcome hamper
