Entering this fresh and cosy property, the pretty lounge has a Smart TV, Blu-ray player and wood burner effect electric fire, making a lovely space to unwind together after a great day out. An archway opens through to the elegant and spacious dining room which provides a wonderful space for a celebratory meal. The ground floor also has a sleek, beautifully arranged kitchen with a handy breakfast bar and utility room. Upstairs, you will find a refreshing bathroom and four delightful bedrooms: two sweet twin rooms (one with a low sloping ceiling), a charming double, and a cheerful king-size room which has a Smart TV and a large en-suite shower room. Outside, the enclosed back garden has a lawn with a flower border, and a small patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, providing a pleasant spot for dining alfresco on a peaceful afternoon. The paved area to the front has space for up to three cars.
Padstow is famous for its seafood restaurants and bustling working harbour at the mouth of the Camel Estuary. Walkers can head inland along the Camel Trail and the Saint’s Way, with other local attractions including Prideaux Place, Trevose Golf and Country Club, Camel Creek Family Theme Park, the Bodmin Jail Attraction, and Pencarrow House and Garden, all within 15 miles.
