The property has a delightful lounge with a Smart TV, open fire and comfortable seating, making a great spot for snuggling up in the evening to plan the next day’s adventures. The split-level kitchen/diner has a beautifully equipped kitchen area with a wide range of equipment and Bluetooth speakers. A couple of steps lead down to the inviting dining area, ideal for enjoying a celebratory meal together. On the first floor you will find a shower room, a bathroom and the first two bedrooms: a cosy twin and a sweet king-size room. Further stairs lead to the second floor which has another shower room and two further bedrooms: a lovely double and a cheerful twin. Outside, the garden stretches over three levels, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, providing an ideal space for sitting back and dining alfresco on a glorious summer’s day.
Padstow is home to Prideaux Place and the National Lobster Hatchery, with the harbour just 200 metres away. Walkers can head inland along the Camel Trail and the Saint’s Way, while beach lovers can try out the Seven Bays, all within 5 miles. Also nearby are Springfield Fun Park, Trevose Golf and Country Club and the Bodmin Jail Attraction, all within 16 miles.
