Kitchen - with door to rear garden. Fully equipped with all you could need for your self-catering stay. Integrated oven and grill, dishwasher, wall mounted TV, with window overlooking the rear garden. Door to:

Utility Room - with window overlooking rear patio and garden. Fridge freezer, washing machine, coat hanging space.

Separate WC with toilet at ground floor.

Stairs - lead to spacious first floor landing with large window overlooking rear garden.

Front Garden - Laid to lawn with range of mature flower and shrub borders and paved path leading to the front door.

Parking Area - Off road parking space for two vehicles, which is accessed on a private lane to the rear - (please note) Garage is not available for guest use.
