Comfortable 4 bed house with 11 min walk downhill to Padstow but steep return.

Parking with house. Hosts excellent in responding and attending to our needs

Hot water wasn’t on until I queried it with the hosts. There was a drop in temperature and the house was cold. All the radiators were set to zero so we had to turn it on. I feel the heating should have been on a timer as the temperature had lowered before we checked in. The house is dated and could do with some upgrade from a decor point of view.

Perfect

A fantastic property that exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate and finished to such a high standard. The owners really go above and beyond to create a ‘wow’ first impression. Great parking for 2 cars. Location is excellent for exploring Padstow and the surrounding area. Only a 10 minute walk and you are at the harbour with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

The house was just the best…..spotless, spacious, so well equipped with so many lovely extras provided by the owners. Fresh bread - a few groceries, lovely bathroom toiletries etc etc.

We could not have asked for more; a wonderful property.

The bed was so very comfortable, the property was exceptional and the Tv with all services in the bedrooms as well, was great. The wonderful extras; all bathrooms had everything you needed. the extras such as chocolates, wine, juice, scones, jam, cream,butter,milk, tea, coffee,croissants ( all exceptional quality) were just so welcoming. And the flowers just topped it all off; thank you.

Lovely week spent in this house.

Really enjoyable stay, hosts were very helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean place with a great location. Walking distance of Padstow Harbour and good sized Tescos. Would highly recommend.

it was gorgeous, well maintained, close to the town walking distance and the little extras, beautiful fresh flowers, scones, butter, jam and clotted cream, little bags of fudge in the bedrooms and white chocolate mice in the child’s bedroom oh and not to forget the bottles of Rich Stein wine Red and White what a treat

excellent location, only 10 mins walk to Padstow, with Tesco just up the road . Lovely property, extremely clean with every need catered for , from white fluffy bath towels , to ice maker and washing machine
