The property had everything we needed for our family of five. The hosts left a welcome bottle of Prosecco and the famous scones with clotted cream and jam for us along with fresh roses. It was such a nice gesture. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and kitchen equipment you might think you need. It’s there. The hosts really put every effort into perfecting that which made all the difference to our stay. The house was immaculately cleaned and the minor details of having enough toilet paper and tissues again, made all the difference.

Hot water wasn’t on until I queried it with the hosts. There was a drop in temperature and the house was cold. All the radiators were set to zero so we had to turn it on. I feel the heating should have been on a timer as the temperature had lowered before we checked in. The house is dated and could do with some upgrade from a decor point of view.

The house is a fantastic home from home well equipped to a very high standard with everything you need to have a great stay.
