Would definitely book again

The property was comfortable well designed convenient warm. Lovely layout.

The TV was old we couldn’t stream from it and the CD player was broke. it’s really the only thing that let the property down would book again but would really like a new TV please, and some sharp knives 🙏😊

Very enjoyable stay

Location was great and easy to get to the Cornish coastline Clean and comfortable for 2 adults or small family Ample parking Friendly neighbours 😁 Really appreciated the welcome gift of milk and cookies thank you.

I was a little confused by the listing as said 4 adults only and no children yet there was a set of bunk beds that an average sized adult would have difficulty getting into top bunk and a shelf of children’s games and videos. No cupboard space for shopping sadly - well equipped kitchen though thank you

Spacious and clean. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4

It was very spacious and warm. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy parking. Easy to find. Everything worked so no complaints there. Very clean

It states wifi but didn't seem to have any I contacted the number around an issue lighting the fire but no response which is poor. We did get it to work but that's not the point It's a very long walk to Padstow (over a mile, up hill on the return and no pavements) I'm sure in the summer this would be ok but not in the winter

A very agreeable stay.

Very cosy quiet cottage in excellent location for beaches and restaurants. Our dog enjoyed it too.

Lack of first aid kit which would have been useful when my husband bumped his head on the sloping ceiling.

Spotlessly clean.Excellent facilities.Fridge,freezer,dishwasher,washing machine.Tv,DVD and Video.Nice size bedroom and bed.TV in bedroom nice touuch.Excellent bathroom with underfloor heating.Very quiet.Nice and warm.2 allocated parking spaces.

Wooden bed frame loose and very squeaky.. 20 min walk to Padstow along busy road..part of which did not have pavement. Needed blind or curtain at front door. Light bulb missing on one bedside lamp.lamp in lounge not working. Second bedroom very small and cramped with bunk beds in it.

Excellent cottage on the edge of Padstow.

The cottage contained everything we needed, fully equipped for our needs. Everything in the kitchen and throughout the was of a high standard. The heating was efficient and easy to adjust when the temperature dropped during our stay. Although a mile from the town of Padstow, it is an easy 20 minute stroll. Assigned parking is a bonus in such a busy place as Padstow as well.

Not much really, maybe a mirror in the bedroom and a whisk in the kitchen. Apart from that we had everything we needed.

A lovely property. In a quiet location.

We loved the accommodation and facilities.However I did hit my head a few times in the bunk bed room! I would have appreciated Wi-fi but did manage without by using my data allowance on my iPhone.A great deal of thought and effort has gone into equipping this property and we were very appreciative. Thanks.Pauline Hartley

As already mentioned the lack of Wi-fi was inconvenient.A lovely property
