Sheets gaudy outdated but clean No towels Could do with internal decorative up date

Great location for padstow and surrounding areas. Absolutely perfect value for money - I couldn't have asked for more for what we paid. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Plenty of dishes/pots & pans etc for use during the week. It is self catering but we arrived with a roll of tp, dish soap, tea and some biscuits, and a hand towel provided which was really nice because it allowed us to arrive after a long drive and properly unpack and relax without having to immediately rush off to the shop (tho it is less than 5 mins up the road). The hand towel was particularly useful because while we brought bath towels for some reason we didn't think to pack a towel to dry hands on after washing your hands. Silly of us but meant a very small nice touch ended up being so so useful!! We already plan to come back. It was the perfect place to return to in the evenings after a day out. Its not anything fancy but we weren't looking for posh. We wanted functional and comfortable enough and that is what this is. Beautiful location, quiet and relaxing in the evenings. Thank you so much - we cannot normally afford to go on longer trips but this place allowed us something we never really get - a full week proper break away and we really had the most wonderful time. I've seen other comments complaining about some things being dated but honestly I don't know what people expect for the average nightly rate at this place - eh the shower was better than many hotels and was perfectly fine. I genuinely feel we were provided far more than enough for the cost to stay a week (outside of summer break obv) - everything worked, it was perfectly comfortable, and in such a nice quiet beautiful location.

Not responsive in messages - but read the automated replies thoroughly as all info you should need will be there. I was given another number to use in those messages but by the time I worked out I was being daft and there was tons of info in the confirmation message about accessing the property etc etc I actually no longer needed it. There was minor confusion about what time we were meant to be checking out but I do think this is again me being daft and luckily we were ready to go when we should have been out - but we thought we had one more hour than we did -again totally my fault!! I'm just thankful we were ready to go so that we didn't put the cleaner behind schedule. Even if its automated it might be nice to resend that info right before check in so it helps prevent someone being like me and overlooking info. Helpful info in binder in property but some of the info defo out of date so defer to info provided on the automated confirmation message you get.

Location plus with good parking also had a small garden plus well equipped

Not particularly clean disappointed local contact never responded or made contact over quires we had on arrival

I thought it was a lovely little house. Great location. Car needed, but you could get everywhere.

The house is a little bit tired. Did not spoil our stay but if it had a bit of TLC...Possibly a Gardener it lets the house down when you go to the door, It would be perfect. Loved the little touches I.E. Toilet rolls towels dishwasher tablets W.U liquid. (I had brought all these and left a few)
