The house is situated 5 minutes from Padstow Harbour with all its lovely restaurants and shops. It is very modern with lots of added features, including a modern sun room and kitchen and a cozy lounge. The garden has views over the estuary to Rock and garden furniture and a swing seat. A very sociable house but with a cosy lounge to get away from it all as well.
The kitchen is a real cook's kitchen with lots of quality appliances and kitchen equipment, including a built in coffee machine, Quooker boiling water tap and waste disposal unit..

The house is exactly as described, better in fact! It is huge! The rooms are fitted with all modern gadgets, so will be loved by the tech savvy. Back Garden is big, wirh a view of the beach. Beds are super comfy with plenty of storage, plus lots of storage space in kitchen and a huge double fridge freezer.Also, the host, Hazel is helpful and answers any queries incredibly quickly.Will give a heads up; the house is in a steep hill, so less abled people may find it difficult. There is parking, but, again, it is on a steep hill, so requires a hill start and strong brakes to park.Would 100% recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Fantastic location only 5 minutes walk into Padstow and some great walks and beaches. The house had everything that you could ask for. I stayed in many places in and around Padstow over a number of years and the information/welcome pack provided prior to arrival by Hazel at Vrbo was the best I’ve ever had. Thank you Hazel. I did not have any reason to contact Vrbo during the stay but I’m sure that they would have promptly responded to any queries. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and furnished. Great location with just a short walk into the centre of Padstow. We were amazed at all of the amenities provided, including the lovely coffee maker. It probably was the best equipped holiday house we have ever stayed in. My husband was enthralled by the technology options and was happy to play with the Sonos speakers/Apple TV/firesticks. This was particularly helpful as we did experience some pretty awful weather! In summary, a beautiful house in a lovely location - highly recommended.

The cottage is in a great location in Padstow only a short walk away from the centre. Hazel has thought of every single thing for your comfort in her home. The welcome pack explains all the appliances in detail so you know exactly what you are doing and yes Hazel we love your dishwasher as much as you do :-) The sofa and beds are so comfortable and the house was immaculate. Thank you for the welcome pack and the lovely cup of coffee every morning. The only thing that literally put a dampener on our holiday was the weather. Thank you again Hazel for your home from home and if we return to Padstow we know exactly where we will be staying if available.

What a wonderful holiday! The house couldn’t have been better equipped with wonderfully comfortable beds, great kitchen fixtures and a fab garden to relax in. What really stood out for us was the cleanliness which in current times is very reassuring. It really was spotless! The location is great - easily walkable to town and beach (even with a 5yr old) - but far enough away from the crowds over the bank holiday weekend. Thank you for a lovely relaxing holiday!

This is without doubt one of the very best properties we have ever stayed in. Everything you could need and so much more. Modern, clean and well proportioned. 5-min walk to the harbour. Estuary views from the garden. Really couldn’t fault it. Might be worth noting for some that two bedrooms are en suite and therefore no separate ‘family’ bathroom. But what really sets this property apart is the amazing thoughtfulness and attention to detail of the host who really puts herself out to ensure a great experience.

This really is a perfect property for a chilled family holiday(older children only) due to the deco of the house. It was clean, really well designed and felt a lot bigger than it sounds. We loved all the modern twists and it was lovely to have a decent garden as properties in central Padstow rarely do. The short walk in to town is pleasant and we had no problem parking 2 cars. Thank you for making yet another holiday (our 6th) in Padstow so magical

This is by far THE best rental we have ever stayed in. The house is beautifully decorated and the finishes are immaculate. Hazel has such attention to detail and everything you could possibly need has been taken care of, from music to sewing kits! Fab location, 10 min walk to the town, but just far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning to this lovely little ldyll.

The property was very well equipped and spotlessly clean (with extra provision for Covid-19). Location was good, Padstow town within a short walk, lovely beaches only a short drive away. Only slight reservation was car parking, not easy (peak summer season) but you could always find somewhere nearby.

We had the best week in beautiful spacey accommodation! The house is perfect. Downstairs is beautifully designed, the kitchen and living spaces are brilliant, everything was high spec, we loved all the gadgets, coffee machine, ice on tap. It was fun to be in the kitchen as it’s just so nice! It was the most usable, sociable space we’ve had in any Cornwall house. Leading onto a great garden and lovely views and furniture outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so well designed and classy, and a wonderful comfy bed too! Hazel is the perfect host in communication, can’t thank you enough. Short walk to Padstow, 5 minutes this really was a wonderful stay. Thank you.

What a fantastic property, so well equipped with everything that you could possibly need for luxury self catering. The house has been renovated to a very high standard with plenty of gadgets for your convenience and entertainment. The owner (Hazel) has created a comfortable and sophisticated home from home that would keep even the most discerning of holidaymakers happy! From the first email it was clear that Hazel would be a pleasure to deal with, she is so helpful and accommodating no mater how many questions you ask 😃 We took her advice and followed her recommended walks to the Rest a while tea room and the Cracking Crab via the coats paths, both of which were fabulous! The location of the property is perfect for walking into the town and walking to Tesco’s / the Farm shop for supplies. My husband and I have been to several self catering properties both in the UK and abroad, this is up there with one of the best we’ve ever rented! If you are considering this property, don’t hesitate to book. Thank you Hazel for everything, we will be back!

This holiday rental certainly didn’t disappoint ! The house was modern, and had all the comforts required to make your stay more enjoyable. The large enclosed garden was great for my pooches and the terrace where you can sit out was perfect. You can tell Hazel , the owner has put a great deal of thought into every aspect of this house, we felt very relaxed and comfortable stopping here, and will defiantly be returning ! We were slightly concerned about staying mid terrace but needn't have been as it was very peaceful with friendly neighbours . The house is in an excellent location just a short walk from the harbour/restaurants. and although it is on a rather steep hill, the magnificent view from the rear patio more than makes up for it. No expense has been spared in the decor and appliances, it is extremely well kitted out with all mod cons. Hazel was an excellent host and we were greeted with complimentary goodies. She also left all relevant instructions for the house and detailed info regarding walks, places of interest and restaurants. We can certainly recommend Rick Steins cafe, great food at fraction of the main seafood restaurant. All in all a lovely holiday and we will definitely be back. Thanks Hazel.

Fantastic house. Close to Padstow centre. Lots of space and gadgets inside the house, and the complimentary Prosecco and chocolate were a nice touch. The house was clean and tidy and the hosts were very informative on best places to walk, visit and eat. They even helped with recommendations when my car broke down. I would love to stay again and have no hesitation in recommending this property.
