Entering this welcoming property, the beautifully decorated lounge/diner makes an ideal space for everyone to relax and enjoy a movie or sit back in front of the wood burner and chat about the day. There’s a sociable dining table over to the side, providing a wonderful spot for sharing a celebratory meal together. The ground floor also has a sleek and stylishly equipped kitchen perfect for rustling up all your favourite dishes. Upstairs you will find the invigorating shower room and three bright, cosy bedrooms: a cheery king, a lovely twin room and a sweet bunk bedroom with a Smart TV. Outside, there’s a small paved area to the front of the house and a charming enclosed patio to the rear with garden furniture, making a lovely spot to sit out and enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
Padstow has a fabulous choice of great seafood restaurants, many specialising in freshly caught produce unloaded at the harbour. The town is also a great spot for water sports and boat trips. The Seven Bays are all within 5 miles, with other local attractions including Prideaux Place, Trevose Golf and Country Club, and Camel Creek Family Theme Park, all within 5 miles.
