Convenient and simple

Very attentive staff. The receptionist was very kind. The location is good, in a calm, residential neighborhood. It’s 15/20 min away from the cafés and restaurants area. The beds are comfortable. Convenient for a short stay and very close to the airport. The facilities are very simple, so, if you aren’t looking for luxury, you can have a nice time.

The streets nearby are dark, so they can be scary if you’re traveling solo. However, the receptionist told us it’s a very safe area. The bathroom was very damp for lack of ventilation. We didn’t mind; we stayed only one night.

Horrible.

CONSTRUCTION STARTS AT 8AM HERE. Booked the place to be able to get a few ours of sleep after an overnight flight and before a long day of work. Unfortunately they have construction crews show up at 8AM with hammers, jackhammers and circular saws making enough noise to wake anyone in the surrounding block. Halfway through all of the noise they started pounding on my door asking if I wanted to switch rooms. I said no (only had like 20min left at that point before I had to leave) but they kept pounding and shouting through the door for quite awhile. Fascinating customer service.

Air conditioned room in centre of Puerto

The room had air conditioning, however we did have to put something next to the gap under the door in the bathroom to make sure the air conditioning worked to its full potential as there was an open hole with mosquito net in the bathroom.

There was a light on the building that was on all night and the curtains are not black out. There was also a dog across the road barking all night

Simple, clean, fine for a night or two near the airport (cost us 70 pesos to get there). AC worked well.

Sheets were a little itchy, very local area of town so not good for walking to bars/restaurants.

the cleaning lady started sweeping the floors at 7 in the morning… I never know that the sound of someone sweeping the floors cloud be so annoying. I could not fall asleep again.

the check-in was very flexible and they let us store out luggage on the check-out. Also, the room was comfortable and was cleaned almost every day.

Location was terrible, 20 minute downhill walk down a very buy road to get to restaurants and beach. Toilet did not have a seat on it for some reason.

Great hotel

Really really clean, hot showers, quiet, good aircon, good location at edge of Centro about 20 minutes walk to beach and not in a super touristy area which works well for us. You can catch a collectivo about 10 mins walk away to be shuttled up and down to Zicatella or La Punta. 5 mins to a big Oxxo, beds massive and comfy, excellent value for money, filtered water, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!
