good location, but the flat needs updating and a good paint and clean. The hosts were very nice

The flat was not clean enough, the fridge didnt work well, so we had to throw all the fresh food away, the flooring in the entrance hall was coming up, the sofa is not confortable at all. The outside patio area was dirty, windows dirty

Location pouvant être agréable mais le nettoyage est à améliorer et la résistance est bruyante

Localisation bien localisée et équipée

Ménage insatisfaisant (moutons de poussière sous les meubles,dans les angles,etc…), dés mon arrivée, j’ai nettoyé le logement afin d’être sereine durant le séjour. Etant averti par certains commentaires de clients booking, je pensais que le seul petit défaut de cette location était le nettoyage. Mais en cette saison, il y a beaucoup de turnover de clients dans la résidence dont certains sont sans gênes et très bruyants (music forte, organisation de moments festifs sur les terrasses extérieures jusqu’à pas d’heure et installation de tentes de camping sur la pelouse). Espérant revenir reposé de ces vacances, ça a été l’inverse car cette résidence n’est pas calme.

Logement propre, bien équipé et confortable. Bon rapport qualité/prix . Hôtes sympathiques, facilement joignables par message et réactifs. Explications claires pour arriver jusqu'à l'appartement et récupérer la clef.

Il faisait très froid dans l'appartement quand nous sommes arrivés. Impossible de prendre une douche tout de suite car l'eau était glaciale et le frigo n'était pas tout de suite fonctionnel. Il serait préférable de mettre l'électricité avant l'arrivée des clients afin que tout soit tout de suite opérationnel. Petit détail pour l'équipement : il serait bien de fournir un ou deux torchons. Mais notre plus grande déception concerne l'emplacement. Sur l'annonce, il était précisé "front de mer" , ce qui n'est absolument pas le cas.
