Great facilities, beautiful location , very comfortable, the staff were very communicative and helpful.

The restaurant wasn’t that good. I wish to have something from kinds around and a small grocery store would be great (we had to drive to the supermarket when needed)

Apartman is nice and clean and Well equipped, beds are too hard.

Noisy ventilators in toilet and bathroom

The apartment's complex is brand new, well equipped, well located and has an amazing view. It is just aside the movenpik hotel so you can buy a daily entrance and enjoy the facilities.

One evening the car gate didn't open for a long time even though there was still supposed to be stuff member at the gate

Balatonlake Resort offers breathtaking views and a prime central location. It's conveniently near the ferry that crosses the lake and features fairly spacious rooms. Families will also appreciate its proximity to a nearby hotel with various kid-friendly attractions.

Breakfast is delivered to the room from a nearby hotel's dining room, but it’s better to go there directly for a wider selection. The kids' room lacks both air conditioning and a fan, making it uncomfortably hot and stuffy. While the second bedroom and living room have fans, only the living room has air conditioning. The crib provided was too soft and not suitable for a baby—we were expecting a wooden or firm-bottom crib. Despite the parking lot being mostly empty, we were assigned a spot far from the entrance. Communication with the reception was difficult due to their limited English, and we weren’t given any helpful information. To use the stove, you need to turn off the water heater’s power supply. Although the hotel claims to clean the rooms every three days, no linens or supplies were refreshed—we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. They advertise a voucher for entry to a children's park, but it’s not available through Booking.com, and guests booking via that platform don’t receive it.
