    What a great vibe. Family of 4 (2 teenagers). Booked 2 double rooms. Super clean, nice shower pressure, good air conditioning, good soundproofing, all amenities needed including nespresso machine and restocked as you need. Super bar in the hotel with excellent cocktails. Very friendly reception. Location in the heart of the Jewish Quarter with easy access to all the sights. And a plus, the Secret Museum giving you a little of the history of the building and the area. Definitely recommend and would return. Pick this over the bland "brand name" hotels.

    We stayed in for 5 nights. Unfortunately, we assigned room no. 105 which is on the ground floor of the other building. It is small just like standard room as we booked a Deluxe room. The room a bit smelly and we stayed up for the whole night as we could hear the door slam sound happened frequently until 4 am and started again at 5:30 am. They didn’t want to change our room and told us all of their rooms are noise because there was a construction site and disco nearby. However, we persisted to change it since we stayed there for 5 nights. It’s a nightmare that we couldn’t sleep. After a long conversation, we changed to a room at the main building. This room was spacious and looked like a Deluxe room which I booked. We had a good sleep and we didn’t hear any noise which they explained. On the other hand they didn’t clean the room properly. No top up for the amenities which you have to request by yourself. They didn’t mop the toilet floor which left it sticky and some foot step stains remained there every day. There was some small bugs wandered around the floor as well. The buffet breakfast was limited in variety and not yummy. The tall manager is quite rude and spotted him quite nice to the people rather than other Asian. However, the receptions were very nice and polite. Finally, their hospitality ruined my holiday in Budapest. Hope they can make some improvements which can make other tourists with good experiences.
