Hotel Moments Budapest by Continental Group

Our experience was a positive one from start to finish. We were able to check-in upon arrival even though it was early. Everyone we came into contact with was courteous and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent, something for everyone. Upon departure we were given a breakfast bag containing a variety of morning goodies because our flight was extremely early in the morning and we would not be able to have breakfast at the hotel. They made arrangements to have a taxi available for our departure as well. Moments is located in a great area. We were able to walk to all the main attractions. There were also plenty of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend Moments and hopefully will one day return.

Not a deal breaker by all means but we could have used better lighting in the bathroom.

מלון מעולה שחוזרת אליו מידי תקופה בגלל עבודה. מיקום נהדר קרוב להכל אבל שקט. מיטות נוחות ותמיד אפשר לבקש topper למזרון אם קשה לכם מידי.

טיפה יקר יחסית לתמורה. אפשר לשדרג קצת את ארוחת הבקר כך שיהיה אפשר להזמין ביצים מעבר לקיים וקפה הפוך /לאטה עם חלב סויה/שבולת שועל/שקדים.

The hotel is elegant without being fussy or stuffy. My room was spacious and decorated tastefully. Housekeeping does a wonderful job refreshing the room and restocking. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. The breakfast was terrific-so many great options. Truly the best hotel buffet breakfast I’ve ever had. Also they have a card in the room where you can request things like an iron and ironing board, a kettle, a nightlight and other things to make the stay more comfortable. Such a great touch. I was surprised to receive a call mid way through the stay by staff asking how my stay was going. That has NEVER happened to me before. I would return to Hotel Moments the next time I’m in Budapest.

Everything was terrific.
