Great location, very comfortable bed. Excellent staff. Calm despite being in the middle of the city.
The sauna has only two resting beds.

The location, service, care and cleanliness.
The bathrooms in the bedrooms. They truly are awful.

Location, reception staff and room were all outstanding
Catering is outsourced to a different company and they are terrible - stale pastries, rude and aggressive manager, not nice at all. Shame as hotel is lovely
