Good facility for the sporting event attended
Very expensive for the basic room. WiFi non existent and basic amenities for such an expensive room such as iron/fresh water/coffee making facilities not there

It is a very beautiful hotel. I have nothing to complain about. The food was delicious, the workers were very nice at the restaurant. The playground is absolutely amazing. The playroom inside is also very nice. The room was clean. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Everything was perfect from rooms, breakfast and service. Only downfall was experiencing my first ever earthquake there

The hotel has large sports areas and large rooms. Our kids also liked the outdoor playground. People there were generally kind and friendly.
This hotel is good for a school trip, but overall, it leaves much to be desired. Carpeted rooms were dirty, with chewing gum on the wall and an old apple under the bed. The food was barely passable, with limited options and the quality and attitude of a state school kitchen. We arrived early for pancakes at breakfast, but once they were gone, we were told they wouldn't be replenished. The same applied to other food as well.
