It was our third stay at this lovely boutique hotel, and it certainly won’t be our last. The rooms are very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. The beds, bedding, and towels are all of excellent quality, and the rooms are quiet, with air conditioning that works perfectly. The location is also ideal for exploring the city. Breakfast is a real highlight, with delicious homemade items such as berry yoghurts, freshly baked breads, and pastries. Eggs are cooked to order, and the scrambled eggs are made from fresh eggs rather than powdered ones, which makes a noticeable difference. The coffee is excellent - quite strong, but perfect if you add a little hot water to suit your taste. Don’t miss the complimentary homemade iced tea or lemonade available during the day, or the delicious sweet red wine served in the evenings. These thoughtful touches make the stay even more special. A wonderful hotel with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was very good, good range of decent food. Nice having ice-cream available for kids. Nice touch having free sangria and apples in lobby area. Lobby nice and clean. Location of hotel was very good Staff very efficient and friendly. Apartment nicely cleaned each day.

I booked a deluxe apartment which was advertised to come with a large double and 2 single twins and be 452sq feet. We got an apartment with a double bed upstairs (that you had to access from the bottom). Downstairs, we believed from inspection to be double pull-out sofa bed downstairs which we basically had to crawl into from the bottom of bed as it was in a deep alcove and had no side lockers or plugs near that sofa bed. Also meant as a family of 4 we had no real lounging area in the apartment. Also meant the young adults had to share a bed, which we had booked the deluxe to ensure they would have a single bed each. Also the apartment opened out onto the downstairs outdoor smoking area/breakfast seating area - so we had to keep our curtains closed all the time to avoid seeing folk pass our window and were met with a strong smell of smoke going in and out of the apartment. Checked our booking on return from 4 night stay we had indeed booked a deluxe; we assumed during the holiday that we had erroneously booked non-deluxe apartment but the booking shows we booked a deluxe. So what happened???
