Fantastic location. Walking distance to landmarks and popular Váci street. Lots of eateries around. Hotel breakfast average. Room size average and not much storage for clothes

The location was perfect and staff were exceptionally helpful, especially to the the night shift personnel, making our stay comfortable. Great value for money as facilities met all expectations. The only downside was the view. Window shutter was down. Nonetheless, we were out all day.

Travelling as group of 4 friends, we found the price of quadruple room great value for price, though it means some compromises.
- Great central location!
- Floor was not really clean - white socks were ruined.
- The seating area (more like a bench) is not usable for longer sitting.
- We had to keep window open to have enough fresh air in room.
- Would need more shelves and hangers for 4 person.
+ Toilet and shower are in separate rooms, which is essential for group/family.
+ Every bed has its own sockets and lighting.
+ breakfast has enough selection, but always the same. On weekend it gets overcrowded - long lines at coffee machines and food refilling is slow.

During check-in process, receptionist asked me to submit 10K Hungarian currency and she assured me that money will be blocked and after checkout the money will be unblocked after deducting city tax.I told her that I am having forex card where money can't be blocked so take cash and return after checkout but unheard.I payed the security by forex card and 10k Hungarian currency debited to my forex account and couldn't be credited till date
