The spacious open-concept main living area seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining space, great room, and a covered lanai with a built-in grill. The inviting living room is equipped with a large Ultra HD 4K TV, offering the ultimate in entertainment.

For a convenient and tasty meal, the Ocean Club Bar and Grill is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The required fee is payable at the Hali'i Kai office upon check-in.

• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy free use of our collection of bikes (adult and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach Resort.

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

We were very happy with this property... close to the pool/restaurant area and nice views of the sunset every night. There were a couple small issues (door code not working, wifi not connecting) but owners/maintenance took care of it right away. Can't wait for our next visit!

I had been planning this trip for a long time and was truly looking forward to my time here. 1st upon arrival right off airplane, I was informed of problem with refrigerator. Replacement fridge was unclean upon arrival (had to clean night of arrival), it didn't fit in kitchen, had no ice or filtered water for entire week. 2. Upon arrival master bed had dried up urine on bed, so we had to change all bedding and wash that night and next day. 3. 2nd bedroom bed was broken at head of bed, bed was angled forward at head. Had to flip everything around for my child to be able to sleep. 4th Problem: Master bed was rock hard, husband with bad back slept on couch entire trip, extra blankets had blood stains on it. 5th issue: there were ants in house (all in living room). Company came out but still next day (after they came out) my daughter woke up to and crawling on her bed (bedroom 3). Showers were stuck upon arrival had to yank really hard to get them to go but once we did that they were fine. Despite all of the extra cleaning I had to do on my arrival (and throughout the week long vacation) I was still charged the cleaning fee (which I feel should have been reimbursed or some money reimbursed for the unclean establishment). Finally I left my sandals outside per request of owner, and local birds picked at them and ruin my shoes, had to go out and purchase another pair. We also had an extra guest in the house, a gecko that we could not catch to put it outside. This was supposed to be my family's dream vacation, instead i just spent half of my time cleaning this unclean property just to be able to stay here, since there were no refunds. I explained all of this to owners while vacationing, not much they were able to do. The overall place Hali'i Kai is beautiful. I suggest booking through them directly.
