Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.  Terms and fees are subject to change.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Second car must be parked in any unmarked or guest spot on a first come first serve basis Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Hot Tub: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Court: Tennis Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ on the lanai and community BBQ near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and both Guest Rooms
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Halii Kai 10G is located in Building 10 at Halii Kai. .  This condo has stairs leading to the front entrance/main living level.  This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, salt/pepper plastic wrap and aluminum foil . Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This location is amazing. The best views of A-Bay and whale watching from both lanai's. It was nice to have a fully furnished home to stay in. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent from the property management group ResorticaHawaii even before we checked in. The consistent check-ins to ensure our visit provided everything we needed was appreciated.

Very responsive hosts. The unit is nice and well equipped, and Is walking distance to the complex pool/fitness center/club. Be aware that the complex club does not allow any outside food or drinks (they made us put away our water bottles) but the staff at the club were generally very attentive. The access to the Hilton pools was nice perk as well.

Beautiful home and a very special stay for our family. The location was perfect as we laid my husband to rest. It was a perfect place to spend time with family at the beach and enjoy great dinners at the nearby shops. The property was extremely clean, spacious and immaculate. A peaceful memorable experience. Highly recommended.

This location was fantastic! The rental was clean, spacious for a family of four with two teen girls. Stayed here over Christmas. Beds were very comfortable and it was well stocked. Views from the balconies were great. The resort pool is small but nice and not very busy. The restaurant at the resort was our favorite on the whole island, not only for the price but the quality and you got pretty big portions! Ended up coming here a lot over the 8 days, lunch and/or dinner , the food was awesome! Fish tacos, seafood platter, salads, whatever you ordered was great and they had a good selection even for the picky teens. Having the Hilton pool pass was amazing too. The pools were great but the big attraction to us was the lagoon. We snorkeled there at least 4 days. Tons of fish, sea turtles, stingrays and really calm water. We would highly recommend staying here. This whole area is very nice!
