well done located, great staff and service, specially Maile who took care of even minimal details. My wife is a coffee lover and we traveled with our grand kids (one only 9 months) and Maile provided a brand new coffee grinder and also a crib for our baby. Condo is amazing! clean and well done with daily maintenance.

The property is beautiful. The condo was spacious, modern, clean and convenient. The pool and restaurant were wonderful. The only shortcoming was the bed in master bedroom, which was either very old or very cheap--with all the coils sticking out. Perhaps it could be salvaged with some kind of very thick foam mattress cover. But everything else was great!

Checked in.. went to room, was not ready (trash, beds, towels... nothing was done). Office advised us it would be about an hour. Office called us while waiting and said another 4 hrs. Also last two days of our trip the AC went out. 84 degrees was not a great way to sleep. BEDS WERE HORRIBLE... unless you like springs up your *%#. Had trouble with washing machine... started working but would not drain for two days. Dirty cookie sheet.. still covered in butter/grease. Very disappointed. Office did offer free dinner for onsite restaurant for checkin delay. Unfortunately we never used.
