Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking in the garage and tandem style in front of the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Hot Tub: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Court: Tennis Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker. Please note that the refrigerator does not have any ice maker.

Halii Kai 13E is located in Building 13 at Halii Kai. . This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, salt/pepper plastic wrap and aluminum foil . Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This is our second time staying in Hali’i Kai and both stays have been excellent, but you can’t beat the location of this unit within the property. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked, couldn’t have asked for more really. And Hali’i Kai is an amazing resort with a gorgeous poolside restaurant, love music on many nights and the loveliest staff - book it!

This place is located on the shoreline, so each morning we would sit on the patio and watch wales, a beautiful view of Maui, and the ocean in general. The property is very well maintained, very clean, and very well organized. I will definitely be returning.

We stayed at this property with 7 people and there was plenty of space for all u's us. The location was absolutely perfect! It is a bottom floor unit with a patio then grass which was ideal for our 2 and 3 year old. We were right next to the pool too! It was very quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors or pool activity sitting outside on the patio. The views from the condo were beautiful ... grass, lava then the ocean. It's not an area that has a beach but we just went up the road a couple of minutes to get to one. It was overall a great place and if i go back this is the place i will rent afgain!

We have been coming to the island for over 20 years mostly staying in condos and this is the worst. One we’ve ever seen his not represented at all like it shows it on the website the carpets are gross they’re covered with food and stains. It was not clean one arrived. The bedding smelled, the kitchen floor was so dirty that we had to clean it three times before you could even really walk on it. The condo is rundown and extremely dirty. It is in a nice area and this but the condo self is so rundown so dirty it really ruined our stay as far as coming home each night , we contacted resorticahawaii that operates this condo on the conditions and acknowledged that the carpets were in bad shape, but that doesn’t change that they keep renting this condo out in this condition I would not rent from them ever again, and I would recommend nobody else rent from them rent from a private owner that takes care of their place as this company does not and does not care. This was a dirtiest condo we’ve ever been in spent the whole first day just cleaning it so we could stay here. Most the other condos we’ve stayed in keep up with their cleaning and conditions fact that this place hasn’t reflects back on resorts Hawaii vacation management. This condo has appearance of a 30-year-old rundown motel 6 is really really bad. That’s my review of it. The area around is great and everything is beautiful but the condo itself is trashed.

Great location! This listing is directly adjacent to the pool & restaurant; very convenient. The gated community is very clean, quite & manicured. The property has everything you would need in the kitchen. In the garage there are coolers & beach toys. They even had a descent/old set of Callaway Big Berthas w/White Hot putter. I would definitely book this again; highly recommend! I would suggest they have the carpets professionally cleaned though. They are not disgusting, they just take away from the overall impression of the property.

Such a great place! Fantastic location, next to the pool and restaurant with an ocean front view. Super comfortable and clean! Great extras like the beach chairs and coolers! We had a great time and would love to stay again! My only suggestion would be to have the key to the pool and fitness center in the condo. We weren’t able to pick it up until the following morning at 10:00am when the office opened, as a result we weren’t able to use the pool or fitness room the first night. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time at Halii Kai! The view was amazing although we were disappointed that the water heater was dysfunctional during our entire stay which meant cold showers multiple times. This was quite hard on our 80 year old parents. Otherwise this was a great rental and property!

My wife and I, our two elementary-age kids and my mother-in-law spent 6 days at the Hali'i Kai 13E for our kids' fall break October 2022. The unit was as described with a beautiful view from the lanai and easy access to the Ocean Club pool and restaurant right next door. We enjoyed a number of meals at the club with excellent food, service and views. We would definitely stay again.

Great trip! This was our 2nd time to Halii Kai. Love this area. Its quiet, feels safe, is close enough to things to do/good beaches, etc. The kitchen is lovely, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are easy to use/spacious. We didn't use a lot of things - like the bbq, the items in the garage, etc - so can't comment on those. The pool area is very nice, if a bit "regulated". If I had to search for an issue -- I would say that there aren't enough towels. I felt like I was doing towel laundry a lot. But, this may be because we were with 2 little kids who need to shower before their nap & bedtime (don't want sand in beds). Looking forward to our next trip!

This rental is perfectly nestled in the corner with an amazing ocean view providing lots of privacy! Very clean and close to the pool/restaurant area, but never noisy. All around perfect stay, would definitely stay again. Kim was so nice and allowed us to check in early, great host!

We had a great time. Being close to the property pool and restaurant was really helpful. Definitely need a car to get to grocery stores and other restaurants. Closest walking (10min) beach and coffee are at the Hilton property next door. To use Hilton lagoon is free but to spend a day at the Hilton and to use all facilities I would recommend renting a cabana. Day pass for multiple people is almost as expensive. For 1-2 people day pass is cheaper. Great and quick drive away are black beach 49 and Hapuna beach.

My husband and I along with a friend stayed for a week in March. The condo is as described and pictured, with gorgeous views from the lanai. We had more than enough room and made full use of the well-stocked kitchen. Sitting on the lanai we were treated every day to whales "doing their thing", and beautiful stars at night. Proximity to the pool and Ocean Club Restaurant was super convenient and surprisingly quiet. The pool area has a great tropical vibe and is THE place to be for sunset. Food, drinks and service at the Ocean Club were amazing and reasonably priced for the area. Shout out to Kathy, Tiffany and Daniel who were all exceptional and helped make our trip so enjoyable.

Great view - watched whales for hours from the lanai - location very good for the resort amenities. Easy in, easy out, worked well for two adult couples. Would be good for a third couple or a family with kids. Right next to pool / restaurant / bar area, yet not loud or busy, so a good base.
