We loved the location! It was close proximity to the pool for our grandchildren. The view of the ocean was gorgeous. It was a delight to watch the sunset every evening. It was very convenient to be on the first floor, as well.
There were a few disappointments. First of all, only half of the grill was functioning. This made it a challenge, since we planned on grilling several meals. My husband had to go to the pool area to grill. The furniture, towels and kitchen supplies all felt weathered, over used and dingy. On the day we were to depart, the exterior lock code to the front door stopped working before our check out time of 10am. (We departed for airport at 9:30am. We almost got locked out when packing up the rental car.)
With all that being said, the view and location made it worth it. So, overall we enjoyed our stay.
