About this apartment rental
The main living area of Halii Kai 11F has two luxurious soft sofas facing an armoire with a SMART TV and a DVD player. Adjacent is the dining area with a large table seating 6. The large kitchen has a wrap around granite counter with 3 bar stools and stainless steel appliances. Gourmet cooking at your disposal with spices, condiments, cookware, stemware, quality knives, placemats, etc., right down to a rice maker! Ice and filtered water from the fridge add convenience. The lanai offers 6 swivel chairs, table and a BBQ grill. Enjoy an amazing view from here from morning coffee to past sunset!
Also on the main level are a guest bedroom with queen bed, SMART TV, full bathroom, full size washer and dryer, and storage with baby’s high chair and beach towels and equipment.
Upstairs is the master with king bed facing an armoire with a SMART TV, bedside tables, large lanai with two luxury lounging chairs overlooking the ocean and golf course. The spacious master bath has dual vanities with a deep soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The upstairs guest bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables and SMART TV. There is a bathroom located just off the bedroom that has a vanity and a walk-in shower.

We had a delightful stay at this condo in Waikoloa. The three-bedroom / three-bath configuration was perfect for our family of 6 (spanning kiddos to grandparents).
The unit contained everything we needed for meals (did a Costco run on the way in, of course) and beach entertainment. We enjoyed eating and lounging out on the two patios. The community pool was as fun as it looks in the pictures - plus it delivered gorgeous sunsets nightly. Kiddos said it was the best vacation ever. :)
We hope to get to visit again soon!

This was a perfect rental for our family Graduation vacation. Great location, super close to resort pool and had everything we needed. Super clean and had beach gear for us to use while snorkeling. Property management were very helpful w/ a ceiling fan issue & a late check out. Amazing sunset/golf views from either balcony. Highly recommended for families or even 3 couples as each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Cheers!

This was our 2nd time staying at Halii Kai and our first in 11F. Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable - not too hard or too soft. AC was adjustable within the 72-75 degree range, which was perfect since our vacation was bookmarked by 2 tropical storms. Had to speak with Rob twice with one very minor FYI and a question about where to print an email (UPS store at the Hilton) and he was great. When I booked the unit the description said no TVs in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. My teenagers were very excited to find they had put a TV in each room since my inquiry. I would definitely recommend this unit and would book again through Waikoloa Vacation Rentals.
