This luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is furnished with all the comforts of home coupled with breathtaking ocean and sunset views of paradise. Being situated so close to the ocean, the amazing Hawaiian trade wind breeze can be felt or central air-conditioning is available for your comfort. The spacious unit comfortably sleeps 6 people with a master bedroom suite featuring a king bed and the guest bedroom with two queen beds. The Neighborhood:
Hali'i Kai in Waikoloa Beach Resort is a gated community located on the ocean - right next to the Waikoloa Hilton. Only a short walk from the shoreline pool, gym, restaurant, and tennis amenities, you'll revel in the convenience of our prime location, just three buildings away from the oceanfront club. The Hali'i Kai Ocean Club has a restaurant and oceanfront pool and hot tub. The Hali'i Kai neighborhood includes a new putting green, tennis court, and half basketball court.

Getting Around:
The property is located just 18 miles from the Kona International Airport. The Big Island has much to see and do and it it highly advised that Guests rent a car to take advantage of the many things this island has to offer. Hawaii Island does not have abundant public transportation, so renting a car is best. However, if you do not drive you may consider hiring a charter tour, driver or Uber.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, as described, well furnished and all around enjoyable. My only complaint is the noise of the refrigerator motor which made a high pitch whistling noise. We had to sleep with the door closed. If they fix that the place is perfect.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in 10A! From its ideal location overlooking the Wiakoloa Beach Course to the fabulous ocean view and beautiful sunsets from the spacious lanai. We loved our time at Hali’i Kai! The community is beautiful and location is great - the water front pool and restaurant were incredible. The unit was very clean, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for the stay. We only had 3 traveling (2 adults and our toddler) but could’ve easily fit multiple kids or an additional couple of adults. Check in and check out were relatively easy and Burt was very communicative throughout. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The lanai had great views of the ocean, sunsets every night, and whales!! The location was centrally located for various beaches, downtown Kona, and access to the Saddle Road that takes you to the Volcano Park. Burt was super responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend this location for families with older (17+) kids. We would definitely come back!!

We loved our stay at Hali'i Kai. The unit and grounds were everything that could be expected and asked for. Burt was a fantastic communicator and went out of his way to make sure that everything for the stay was perfect. As a family, we greatly appreciated the array of beach gear that was provided with the unit! Definitely a bonus when travel from a distance.

We loved the condo and it’s location in the Kali Kai neighborhood. The condo was modern and well supplied. It’s a short walk to the pool and the Ocean Club restaurant. When we ran into a minor issue with the washing machine, Burt and Krish promptly replied and got the issue resolved quickly. We wish we could have stayed longer!

I have stayed at several units at halii kai, this one was the best with amenities. They thought of everything! The beach equipment was top notch, made exploring the gorgeous (and very nearby) kohala beaches super easy and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped (they even have an air fryer!). Nice BBQ on the lanai. Lanai had spectacular views of ocean, mountains and golf course. Perfect place to watch sunset. Burt and Krish, the managers, were very nice, accessible and responsive. The condo came with a garage, so our car was cool! Great place, can't wait to come back!!

Everything about this property is perfect! The view you have from the deck is beautiful every morning and evening. We loved how close the King and Queen shops are as well. The pool has a breathtaking view of the ocean and a great little bar and restaurant area. We will definitely be returning next year for the third time!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Big Island is our favorite island. We loved the lanai--it is the perfect place to dine and watch the sunset. We took advantage of the golf membership and played the local courses several times. The pool is beautiful and we nearly had it all to ourselves. We also enjoyed the poolside restaurant. The condo included everything we needed and we appreciated the extra amenities such as laundry detergent, shampoo, beach chairs/towels, etc. We loved the oceanside trail accessibility and walked it nearly every morning. We had a great vacation.

I took my 15 year old son on this trip and we had a wonderful time. It was great to have the discounted golf. The place was beautiful and well stocked. Couldn’t have picked a better place in Waikoloa. Beautiful condo with a balcony overlooking the golf course and a clear view of the ocean. Condo has everything you need, plus a lot of “extras” like laundry detergent, beach towels, and a garage full of beach supplies. Less than 10 minutes to Hapuna Beach which is great for relaxing. On-site pool area is nice. Dealing with the rental agent (Burt) was great - very responsive and gave us clear instructions on everything. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a two bedroom condo that sleeps four. 10/10

My husband and I came for our 30th anniversary. The condo is well stocked. Minor maintenance issues that I’m sure will be resolved. The sunset view is absolutely incredible! And the restaurant at the pool has delicious food. If you go, you must try the avocado fries and green beans. Awesome!

This is a great place to stay for your time on the big island. The location is accessible to all locations on the western side of the island. The condo unit itself is beautiful. The complex is high end. The pool and bar area (the Ocean Club) is a great place to have drinks and watch the sunset.

Is it possible that this little gem could be even better in person? Yes, it is! The entire complex is very well maintained and clean, the condo itself was spotless. Great location for this unit that has ocean and mountain views, plus very close to the pool and restaurant. Burt was very responsive to our questions, and everyone at the complex was super nice. Great condo with location overlooking the golfers and visiting Hawaiian geese and great sunset and ocean views with lovely breeze that seems to kick up most afternoons. All the cooking and beach toys that one could hope for that made for an easy stay where cooked all breakfasts and dinners in the condo. Easy walk to the lovely pool and lots of hikes around the area and great access to both north and South Island and shopping in this community. Disappointed in some surprise charges like $20 per day resort fee, and all the other fees tacked on makes the quoted per day fee a bit mis-leading on the low side. Still loved our visit and location and would stay again at the Halaii Kai resort.
