The location
It was dirty. For example the towels were stained

Convenient location for meeting up with friends as Honor Oak Park station is very close and also a nearby bus stop. It is small but cosy when you shut the door. Tv and fridge a good size. The curtains are good blackout curtains. Plenty of plug sockets. The size of the shower is generous, which is useful if like me you are plus sized and have mobility issues. There is a small step for the door but it's doable.
Not the easiest place to find for Uber drivers even with photos (on foot it's better, if using Uber tell them to go to Jumping Bean on corner of Ballina Street). Expected the kettle to be electric and it looked to be a hob one so didn't attempt to use. I think a little info booklet would be more helpful than notices dotted around the walls. Took a few nights to figure out the heating but once I did it soon warmed up. The bed, whilst comfy, is 2 different sized mattresses stacked so I felt confused at why it felt really short when sleeping. The external gate from the alleyway gets stuck and can be difficult to open fully, this gets frustrating if you have luggage and/or mobility aids.

Telly worked intermittently - had to fiddle with the antenna connector to get a signal.
