This beautifully remodeled first floor beachfront condo sits directly on sparkling East Grand Traverse Bay!
Your private patio is literally steps from the sandy beach, and you'll love the bay view from the condo's open concept floor plan. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the deck, while watching the waves on the bay. One bedroom, One bathroom, 850 square feet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Convenience and style, relax, enjoy!
The Space:
The bedroom has a king size bed. The sofa in the living room pulls out creating additional sleeping space for two more people, and the large pullout chair converts to a twin bed (perfect for kids) so there are accommodations for 3 more guests in addition to the King Bed. Flat screen Smart TVs to enjoy streaming service are found in both the bedroom and in the living room.
The bathroom is fully stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer. It also houses a stackable washer/dryer with laundry soap for your convenience.
When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day)

Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown Traverse City. It's also a short drive by car.
You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.
There is one parking space allowed per condo.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Great little condo. Perfect location, very clean, great communication… it all worked. Only little hiccup…I use a rollator and bedroom was a little snug. Otherwise, it was suited us just fine. Has the best sunrises.

Property was just as advertised . Enjoyed our 5 night stay immensely. Enjoyed the region up to Leeland , and then Petosky as well . Would reccomend them to all.Weather was cold and windy with rain , but otherwise very enjoyable .

Great first level condo right on the beach. Great location close to downtown, very clean and well kept. Only complaint was bed is very firm and upstairs people walking around was very loud at times. Someone banged on the door in the middle of the night our last night there but it was St. Patrick’s day weekend and nothing more happened so mostly a great stay.

We went to TC for a weekend of rest and relaxation. The condo was incredibly clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was also centrally located and within miles of places we wanted to go to such as the Catholic Church and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here during the warmer months when we can really appreciate the water!!
