Summary:
Whether you are relaxing on your balcony overlooking the sandy beach of East Grand Traverse Bay, or cooking in your gourmet, state of the art kitchen, you will absolutely love this two bedroom two-bathroom suite.
This newly remodeled suite features a king size bed in the master bedroom, with a full bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a twin-size bed, Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, as is the living room.
The Space:
This suite is located at Peninsula Bay Resort with 330 feet of beach frontage on East Grand Traverse Bay. As guests, you have access to a heated outdoor pool and hot tub from around Memorial Day Weekend until around Labor Day Weekend with an outdoor grill area; weather permitting.
Guest Access:
A set of keys will be made available to the Guest at time of check in. You will receive an e-mail and/or a text 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival with additional instructions. There is an elevator and a set of stairs on each side of the building.
The Neighborhood:
Peninsula Bay Resort is nearby gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shop, bike rental and shop, restaurants, walking/bike trail and much more.
Getting Around:
Peninsula Bay Resort has a large parking lot. There additional parking; across the street and behind Speedway.
Other Things to Note:
Schmidt-Rogers Management offers a 24/7 emergency service line for any emergencies that occur during non-business hours.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a condo/hotel; you'll have access to your own suite.

Overall, the unit was great and visitors that we had said the same thing, the unit was spacious, furnishings were good, bathrooms were clean and the view was fantastic. We hope to return next year and would absolutely try to obtain this unit again. However, kitchen utensils were not clean, the oven was unclean (i.e. a bit grubby), and the chopping board was sitting beside the garbage can (i.e. unhygenic). But again, aside from the need for some cleaning in the kitchen (or some remedial training for your cleaning crew) we loved our stay in the unit and we would come back to stay in it again!!!
