Condo unit 103 is a first-floor condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This unit features a full kitchen with warm tones and a living area that feels like home. As a first-floor condo, the whole unit compels you to look out over the bay all day long!

I came for work and it worked out great! The kitchen was a huge plus. The unit was a bit dirty tho. The floors were very very dirty. Feet were black after walking around. There was a lot of crumbs and dirt left on the floor. Same with the kitchen. There were foot print marks left on the couch when we arrived.
