About this apartment rental
Condo unit 307 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

Visited in October and the view of the lake and fall colors were amazing. The condo is stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfy and the seating in the living room was good for the two of us and would fit four easily. Wish we would have stayed longer!

We stayed here a couple of times but I was disappointed with the cleanliness this time. Also the beds and pillows should be replaced. The bed upstairs was so loud if you moved. Kitchen supplies need to be replenished as well such as silverware.
