Every room of this home has been designed and decorated with the comfort of vacation rental guests in mind, from the plush furnishings to the upgraded appliances. The sun-filled living room opens up to a spacious, wrap-around balcony with ocean and bay views. Among the luxurious features of Key Largo 403 are free WiFi, a TV and DVD player in all five bedrooms, a wrap-around balcony with ocean and bay views, two large soaking tubs with an ocean view, an ocean view living room with cathedral ceilings and windows on all sides, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel Viking appliances, a dining room with seating for 10 (additional seating is available for larger groups), a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an ocean view balcony, a full-size washer/dryer, and a 120-gallon hot water heater. On the grounds, you'll also find an outdoor shower, an elevator, two reserved parking spaces (with extra public parking on 54th Street), and a storage unit for your convenience.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Our family of 13 had a great time in this home. Our family ranged from 69 to 4 months. As the Grandparents, we took the primary bedroom. Each of our kids and their spouses had their own bedrooms, some with their own baths. Some of our grand children wanted to sleep in our room in the walk in closet. . All the grandkids wanted to shower in our room! Of course, we said "sure". The living, dining, and kitchen area was a great relaxing spot. We could cook, chat, eat, watch tv, play games, all at the same time. Being on the 4th floor, we had no noise from other units, we had the nice open cathedral ceiling, and private wrap around porch, with a view of the ocean. As advertised, the walk to the beach was minutes. The walk to stores, food, arcades, golf, was minutes. The walk to check out the bay was minutes. The drive to the boardwalk was 15 minutes. The location was great!!! The floor plan, with the extra bedrooms about 75 feet from the living area, allowed the infants to have quiet nap times, while we could still chat and what tv. The home was well furnished, nicely decorated, very welcoming and user friendly. The different bedroom configurations mad it easier for the families to choose which one fit them best. We had a great time! Highly recommend.

Very nice but needs to be upgraded. Lots of maintenance issues need fixing. Great proximity to ocean and other things. Excellent layout and spacious.
