Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Wow what a wonderful experience! The unit was perfect to accommodate our group and the perfect location! I reached out to property management a couple times with questions and they were most timely and helpful. Will definitely rent again!

The space was perfect for our family size and we were glad we could all stay together in one unit. The bedrooms, bathrooms and overall living area were clean and comfortable. The light outside was too bright at night, though, and shined into the windows of two of the bedrooms making it difficult to fall asleep. The kitchen had a few disappointments: no regular coffee pot, dirty pan, lack of pans to cook pancakes in (which is one of our vacation traditions). We enjoyed ourselves and the proximity to the beach, Dumser’s and Fagers Island. We would stay here again.

The amenities were all top-notch and perfectly maintained, just as described on the website. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the overall quality of the rental. The best part? Everything ran smoothly, and we didn't have to lift a finger or contact anyone for assistance - it was a truly hassle-free experience. If you're looking for a stress-free, relaxing getaway, look no further. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to come back!"

Be more accurate with amenities. It listed coffee maker, took bag of coffee. It was a kuerig. We just got back from day at beach and in comes a maintenence man...walks right in. Had a message to fix a crack in closet frame. He was very apologetic. The communication was wrong. Did not make us feel very comfortable. Took a long while each morning to get hot water flowing for showers or hand washing.
