Remodeled for Summer '21 Townhouse by the Sea

This was our first family vacation. Our adult daughters met us there, and we came in with our grandchildren, ages 10 and 4. The townhouse was listed at accommodating up to 15, but at just the 7 of us,( their spouse’s couldn’t make the trip), it was just right, I can’t imagine 15 people being in the house. The communication between the host and myself, was on a timely manner. The cleanliness, I had to rate it at a 3, although it wasn’t filthy, it could have been better. Under the king bed, was old hair ties, cup lids, lint. And the 2 full beds( in the kids room), the mattress needs to be replaced. My oldest daughter, who is career military, wanted to sleep with the kids, cause she hardly sees them, when we pulled the bedspread off to make the bed, I was sickened by the amount of urine stains and it did not have a mattress protector on it. She was a good sport and said she wouldn’t think about it. The other full bed wasn’t stained like that, but did not have a mattress protector on it. The 4 year old had that bed. The 10 year old slept on the top bunk, because of my age and mobility, I could not see the condition of that mattress. As far as I could tell, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need to cook. We did not cook or use anything that was supplied with the house. We ate out every day. We brought snacks to settle the kids down for bed. Everyone loved swimming in the pool! That was a blessing.

We celebrated the 80th birthday of the matriarch of the family and Father’s Day for him and the children who are now fathers. The house is very nice and very well kept. Very lovely weekend!

Had a great stay, here. House was as advertised. Host was very easy to communicate with, and was quick to get back to us when we had questions. Proximity to beach was fantastic. No major concerns. would consider staying again.

Everything about our experience at this rental was great! The house itself is updated and plenty of space for our whole family. I especially loved the rooftop deck! As far as communication with the property owners I can say they were the most accommodating, friendly and responsive people we’ve ever rented from. I can’t wait to go back :)
