Beautifully furnished/decorated 4 BR, 3.5 baths, 3 level townhouse with a garage. Located bayside off 69th St in Midtown, Ocean City just 1 block from the beach! Within walking distance are great restaurants, activities, shopping, and nightlife.

Enjoy this beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom water view townhouse located on the bay side of ocean city. This house will be perfect for your next family vacation! The first floor offers a spacious garage with a private bedroom (queen bed with a twin trundle - sleep 3) and full bath. On the second floor, enjoy a wide open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room includes high end furniture, high coffer ceilings, and an additional sofa bed for all your friends and family. On the 3rd floor, you will find 3 very spacious bedrooms. A master bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2) and private bath with double vanity and granite counters. Room 2 has a full-on-full bunk bed with a twin sized trundle (sleeps 5). Room 3 has a full bed with a twin sized trundle (sleeps 3). Our beach house is one of the few in the whole community to have all 4 balconies (2 in front and 2 in back), which provides you with ample outdoor seating spaces and perfect views!
Whether it be a celebration of special occasions or just a simple weekend getaway, come stay at one of our Beach Paradises and let it be your home away from home!

2) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories, and sand toys (damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)
3) Kayak: $75/stay for 3 kayaks and life vests (damages will be charged if not reported upon check-in)
***Pool opens between Memorial and Labor Day Weekend. Operation hours and availability may vary***
***Grilling is not permitted in the unit and community per OCMD fire code
***High school seniors (at least 18 years of age) during senior weeks are welcomed.
***For high school seniors ONLY: Prior approval from homeowner are required prior to booking.
***We provide an adequate supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), paper towels (1 roll), limited supply of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, trash bags, dishwasher, and laundry detergent.

The host was welcoming and responsive to our requests. The property is well maintained and equipped. The 190 charge for one night's rental of linens and towels for 7 adults was a very unpleasant surprise that should be flagged in the rate rather than the notes. The dining room table was set for a formal dinner and interfered with our informal use. The beds did not have blankets.
