Breakfast
Very less staff in concierge. At midnight no one was there to receive and shift luggage in the room.
Compare to Previous Movenpick and now service dropped down.

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk to Masjid Nabawi, which is what I love most about the hotel. The facilities were good, and breakfast was amazing.

The property is in walking distance of the Masjid.
I booked half board but when I went to restaurant I was told the booking for food was only for two people. I had to clarify with staff members on few occasions that I booked for four people and showed them the evidence. Turned away by staff member when we went to have food was embarrassing in front of my children.
