Before check in , i tried to contact property by mail, through booking .com and by the mobile number given on its website.They never responded despite repeated attempts. Would not recommend to any body who wants to convey any thing regarding check in or check out after you book it.

Wow this property for the price blow us away Great condition very close to haram for men and they can read close to imam FAR FOR OLDER WOMAN but close to green dome so need to decide what you want Clean is top showers are temperature controlled beds are large tv big

CHECK IN wow everything in this property is great but check in is a pain but please be patient staff are kind and good but the system they use is slow

Great place walking distance to entrance to the Haram

Staff at the reception need to be trained to be professional informative and welcoming. At check out I asked for an invoice they said the accountant is on a weekend leave when I requested for the invoice to be emailed reception refused saying the accountant is on a weekend leave I told him emails can be sent any time in the future he took my phone number and email. Guess what I do t receive the invoice to date. Sorry to say but this is unacceptable service and the manager needs to do there jobs properly.
