About this house rental
LES PETITS MÉDICIS: Les Petits Médicis, 190 m² gîte, in the heart of the Sologne, 2 hours from Paris, welcomes a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12 people. You will have fibre.
► OPTIONS:
As a couple, you will have the room "les Bruyères" with bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen. Part heated by oil. This allows you to decide at the last minute: the day before for the next day, if you suddenly need to relax in the countryside!
If 2 couples, you will benefit from the 2nd bedroom on the first floor "les Camélias" with bathroom.
Beyond 4 people you will have to use the floor.
The rates then depend on the number of people and the duration.
► DESCRIPTION: In its entirety, the cottage consists of 4 bedrooms and a dormitory with 4 single beds.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
"LES CAMÉLIAS": Room on the first floor giving direct access to a terrace where in summer it is possible to have breakfast. This room has a 160 bed, bathroom with bathtub, and equipped with a television.
"LES BRUYÈRES": Room on the first floor giving access to a veranda where it is possible to have breakfast in summer. This room has a 140 bed, full bathroom with bathtub.
UPSTAIRS:
"LES PLUMES": Room with a 140 bed.
"LA FACHÈRE": Room with 2 twin beds.
"LES ÉLÉPHANTEAUX: 4 single beds (90x19O)
A single bathroom with a bathtub.
Toilet on the first floor
► EQUIPMENT: A fitted kitchen, a living room with open fireplace, a dining room.
Electric heating on a small part of the house, otherwise oil central heating. The installation allows you to know your fuel and electricity consumption.
Small walled garden of 500 m² where there is a 5mx3m swimming pool not allowing swimming lengths but pleasant to cool off.
► OPTION: We also offer to prepare your dinner for the day of your arrival.
►ADVANTAGES: Being in the heart of the village you benefit from the proximity of some shops namely bakery, tobacconist, hairdresser, beautician.
You can safely enjoy the large public park accessible directly through the garden gate where picnic tables and various games will delight your children.
In addition, by crossing the courtyard you arrive at Morgane's who has just opened a very pleasant wellness salon. Do not hesitate to call her to book a massage session, or any other beauty treatments.

This is the most incredibly unique property i have ever stayed in! Our family absolutely loved it, loved the old house, loved the decorations, and particularly loved the fact that it seemed as though there were secret rooms and areas which my kids adored. The house is SO well situated, very easy to get to everywhere, with the particular bonus of being next door to the boulangerie for morning bidgtggÿyÿbhyyyytgtgghghghvggcvbgʻvv

Charming traditional house in small village right next to the boulangerie! Beautifully kept swimming pool and garden area. Big cosy beds, handy washing machine, decent-sized kitchen, and a comfortable living room and dining area. All the amenities we needed for a relaxing few days in central France. Would happily return. Really nice!

Very pleasant stay with a lovely host. Very comfortable and the bolangerie being next door was fabulous. We visited Sancerre and had a lovely wine tasting experience with Eric Louis and it was amazing. Also a lovely swimming lake about 30 minutes away. A lovely cool pool on site too
