Unfortunately that's where it goes wrong. So first they got three types of bungalows but also two generations the pictures on booking are for the more recent beautiful wooden ones.. But that's not the ones you are going to get. I booked 3 separate ones for the whole family. Everyone had a good time. Except for us, we arrived tried to took a shower but the controls were complicated so I activated the spa part of our bath/shower the smell coming out was horrific, rotten eggs + other stuff. Wife helped to finally turn the shower on. Both of us sick the next day, took water to doctor salmonella.... We were ko left early on Sunday instead of Monday. Wanted to make a comment to the reception except that on Sunday no reception you have to drop your keys in a box. I wrote to center parks thinking they should just be sure to clean the spa part, of the baths making sure nobody else falls sick because a lack of procedure (they obviously hadn't run the bath for a while) Got a mail back that as I had not filed the complaint in the park itself there was nothing they could do. Nowhere in the email did I ask for anything but that they cleaned the baths for the next visitors, not asked for a refund. But even if, I couldn't file a complaint because there was no open reception.. And feeling sick like dogs I did not feel particularly motivated to go to the pool to ask if someone could take the complaint. So overall, deception is on the bungalow part (they are pretty poorly cleaned, all three, but run down) but given the parks location the stuff to do would have still rated it a 7 or 8 The complete and utter lack of care of the after sales. They don't deserve clients they don't respect them. Go to another park if you can.

Das Schwimmbad ist ein Highlight, manchmal würde man sich allerdings wünschen, dass die Lifeguards schneller eingreifen nicht im Sinne von hellen, dass manchen die top aber im Sinne vom eingreifen, wenn zu viele gleichzeitig Rutschen oder es zu Auseinandersetzungen kommt Die natürlich angelegte Anlage Viele Möglichkeiten sich zu verpflegen

Die Hygiene und Unsauberkeit, Ständige Probleme mit dem WLAN und dies war für uns sehr wichtig, da man auf deutsche Urlauber nicht vorbereitet ist. Wenig auch in englisch beschildert. Man wünscht sich mehr Aufklärung, wo man was findet... In der App gibt es zwar Infos aber wenig Empfang und wenig WLAN Die Preise sind leider oftmals sehr sehr überteuert Wir waren im hinteren Teil des Camps untergebracht ... hier ist nix. Einfach nix... nicht mal ein Plätzchen, wo die Kinder Fußball spielen können. Oder man Baguette bekommt ... das ist echt schade
