A good stay

Great location, spacious room, washing machine, view to the cruise port, modern shower 9th floor, two elevators

Tricky lock of the door The bathroom was dirty so first thing after entering the apartment I had to clean it myself. I would have given 9 if the bathroom had been clean.

Good location, old furnishings, expensive for what you get.

Great location under direct on the Port.

You have to spend half an hour at check-in and check-out to pick up and return the key yourself, which is a bit annoying and tiring. The room is very old and the door is difficult to unlock. Only two rolls of toilet paper for two people for three nights. The price is too high for this level of amenities.

Location and walkability was good and the view. The experience overall was stressful and disappointing

The view and location

The biggest issue was the door lock. This was difficult from the beginning- the owner said it works but force it. The second night after dinner we could not get in and dealt with a stressful situation the owner found another apt for us 1 pm at night. We could not get our medications etc. The next day the building manager came and the a locksmith to get us in. After that we were told not to fully lock the door and just use the latch part. This situation was stressful and disappointing. Frankly we should be refunded for that night. I n addition the apartment did not have a hair dryer, no paper towel and no soap for the clothes washer

Old dirty apartment with beautiful views

Location was excellent. The view was nice from the windows. There were lots of restaurants in very close proximity. Everything in the center of town is within walking distance.

The apartment was old and ran down. It had a weird smell. Maybe it was a cleaning product, I had to have the windows open to be able to deal with it. The shower had shower scam all over the tiles in the shower. The wood floors were very dirty. The towels were paper thin and very rough.

Stick to hotels.

Clean and comfortable. The fan was a bonus. Good working space and shelves for clothes and items. Excellent shower! Great view!

1. The check-in time is between 1500-1700. This just way too late. I had requested if I can check in a bit early, and the host said yes. However, I could not get the key until late. The reason was, "The previous guest has just left and the cleaners are still cleaning". Well that's not the guest's problem to bear! 2. I had to go to a small shop to tell them a code to get the key. Why can't the host meet the guest at the building? 3. There was no hand-soap, bodywash or anything. This was not mentioned while booking. 4. There was no power to the microwave, coffee-maker or toaster. When I informed the owner, I was told that the meter is probably broken, sorry. I told the owner its okay, since I only had 1 night left. Unacceptable. 5. The internet was really bad. 6. A cleaning fee of 45 € is included in the booking, yet we have to clean as much as possible before leaving, and the check-out time is before 1100. Makes no sense. Why charge a cleaning fee? The rate per night is very high as it is. 7. The only materials provided were cleaning supplies. If you can provide cleaning supplies, you can provide basic things like soap and bodywash etc. Unacceptable. 8. Again, I had to go to the shop to give the keys back. And the shop only opens at 0915 so if one needs to leave earlier, one can't do that either. Makes no sense. And the shop opened late so I had to wait, and I missed a session of the Conference for this. Unacceptable.

Location, vue, really nice building, good studio equipment. Not in touristy area. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

Difficult to sleep on Mistral nights but the location of the building facing the sea greatly outweighs this. I would recommend to bring ear plugs. Could have a couple of additional kitchen accessories like a bread knife and cutting board

Decent choice

The location was great next to the Panier neighborhood. The view is really nice and the room is well equipped with electronic devices. Nespresso coffee machine, washers etc

Although we knew that it is not a hotel just a private appartment the room didn't have enough towels, bed liben and no shampoo or soap at all. When we mentioned the owner that we will need another towel we didn't got a response not even a negative own. It's a pity because the location of the apartment and the view are great and the price very reasonable and if they give attention to minor details it will be an ideal choice. Nevertheless I would recommend it.

As I am not French it took me a long time to work out how washing machine and microwave works maybe a short instruction notice in English could make it a bit easier

Disappointing

The bed is confortable, the room is spacious, the kitchen is well equiped, the location is very good, the view is very nice.

The pictures are photoshoped or made with a lot of brightness so that everything seems brand new and shinny. In reality it is an old apartament with a tentative of being redecoreated. Additionally, it was not clean.. If it is windy outside, make sure you bring earplugs because you can hear the wind blow and whistle due to the old windows ( we couldn't not sleep the first night due to this). The heat was not turned on, it was freezing in the room and they told us that they cannot turn it on unless the full bulding turns it on. However, they could have helped us with an electrical heater. The communication with the host was also not good, the reason being that she doesn't have time to read messages. Therefore we had to call and if you don't know French at all, they don't make any effort to speak to you. They just speak in French and is your job if you understand or not. Maybe they will make changes in the future. But this was our experience and we were really disappointed.

5 jours passés avec mon fils à Marseille logés dans cet appartement très sympa qui a parfaitement répondu au besoin et d

Très bon emplacement. Vue dégagée sur le port. Rénovation sympa et au goût du jour. Petite cuisine fonctionnelle. Équipement du studio avec un canapé lit (permet de venir à deux sans dormir en couple).

Légère odeur d’eau croupie présente dans l’entrée mais qui part rapidement en aérant. Le problème doit pouvoir se régler pour les locataires suivants !

Goede ligging, sommige mankementen.

Uitzicht was ok, panier, haven Cathedrale Major heel dichtbij, er was geen storende straat lawaai in december. Verwarming was ook heel goed en wasmachine, afwasmachine zijn heel handig. Het huis is een echte retrohuis mooi gerenoveerd en de liften werkten goed, inwoners waren lief.

De uitzicht op de 9de verdiep was geen volledige uitzich want rechts en links was een ander huis/muur die de panorama kleiner maakte. Spijtig was er ook geen balkon, ill dachte volgens de fotos dat het ook er was. De ramen waren vuil, het storte de uitzicht, ik heb het gepoetst, ik hrb het studio wegen de panorama gehuurd. De slot functioneerde niet goed, de deur kon niet op slot gedaan worden. Elke stap en de stemmen van de bovenburen kan je horen als ze praten. Voor 5 dagen was het ok, op hogere verdieping zal het beter zijn.

Le cadre, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire. L'appartement est bien équipé il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Surtout l'appartement est très bien situé, il est proche de toutes les commodités et de tous les centres d'intérêt, restaurants Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement malgré la canicule. Nous reprendrons cet appartement si nous revenons à Marseille

Appartement très bien situé avec une vraie vue sur la mer. Nous étions en pleine canicule et pourtant il y faisait très bon. Le ventilateur était quand même bienvenu pour la nuit. La prise et remise des clés était simple et bien expliquée.
