Fully fitted Miele kitchen with breakfast bar. Beautifully furnished and comprehensively equipped throughout. Master bedroom (kingsize double bed) with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) with sliding doors to a further balcony. Second bedroom (Twin 3ft beds or zip and link making a 6ft superkingsize double). Family bathroom (bath, separate walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Parking - One reserved parking space in the developments own secure car park (max height 2m/6`6").

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.

The apartment is considerably more spacious than other apartments. It's very clean with everything we needed. It's right on Poole Quay with multiple good restaurants nearby.

Was a well finished and clean property. Ideal facilities. We didn't use the kitchen just used for sailing crew to sleep and shower. Just behind the Poole yacht club so we'll positioned and a 10 min walk to the Poole Quay where our boat was moored
